A great experience using a main dealer
The experience of using Yeovil Audi was an absolute pleasure, From the end to end process of buying a used car this was second to none. This was the first time buying a used car from a main dealer all I can say it was a fantastic experience. The second hand car that I purchased they went out of their way to make sure that the car was in top condition. The levels of customer service I received must have been the best I have ever had from anywhere else before. I honestly couldn’t fault Yeovil Audi in any way and I am normally a fussy customer. Thanks once again Yeovil Audi.

Exchanging a car can be a stressful…
Exchanging a car can be a stressful experience but I can honestly say that whilst the particular Audi dealership that I dealt with was some 80 miles away from my home address the sales executive, (Simon Tombs) gave a very honest and accurate description of the vehicle and did his best to make the transaction as pleasurable as possible. Whilst I have only had the vehicle a short while so far it is living up to expectations.

Every time I have purchased a car from…
Every time I have purchased a car from here and I have a new car every 2 to 3 years with Audi it's always been great. However my 18 month old car now has a fault with the dashboard, sat nav not working or key messages such as oil indicator etc they just don't want to know over a month wait and can't call anyone else to find a sooner appt because its not their job to do that apparently. All good when you're parting with your cash but after care is appalling. Next car certainly won't be an Audi after 20 years loyal service with them.

I can not fault the customer service within this dealership; from the get go everything was so smooth, they really could not help anymore if they tried. A massive thank you to Linden Holmes, who took time in explaining the process to me and also was so communicative. My first service
I took the car in and was there for about 5 minutes. They promised it for 4pm. I had a call at 2pm to say it was ready. when I arrived the key was waiting for me, and I left after a minute!! Great service

Fantastic Yeovil Audi Experience
This was the fifth vehicle I have got from Yeovil Audi which should be proof in itself, but to clarify the process from start to finish has been simple and seemless from the greeting on arrival through the updates and unveiling, to the post receipt call to check I am happy.
Staff are excellent and personalise the experience in a pleasant and professional way, making the whole experience very pleasant. I would not use anyone else and will not choose a different manufature.
