Hard to follow shipping instructions
Hard to follow shipping instructions. When I start to place my order and fill in my address, the system automatically chosen the “express” shipping method, but it keep getting error and ask me fill in English and i can'tcomplete my payment! I don't understand what is this function for!

No.1 online store, like a long-time friend
I have been using this site for over 2 decades now.
It has been a great help to me because in the past, imported CDs and DVDs were only available at large chain stores, especially the Asian music section, which was very small and did not have a large selection.
YesAsia.com was and still is my number one online site that I trust.

I've been ordering from YesAsia for over a decade now and they've been great throughout that time; there's only been a couple of instances where items have been found to be out of stock but, even then, they have been very quick in letting me know and refunding the costs.
Massively useful site and company for getting proper, official CD and film releases at very reasonable prices.

Absolutely difficult website!
Absolutely difficult website to navigate and it wouldn't take my Klarna card OR my credit union's card, even though they were both legitimate credit/debit cards. I had to use PayPal in the end for my THIRD transaction to make sure that it would actually go through. Unbelievable on YesAsia's part for not having a better website and transaction medium.
