Excellent website

It was easy to find what I was looking for and review the options. Pictures and text were clear and helpful. I just order so we will see how the rest of the experience goes, but it is nice to have easy to navigate websites.

Do not buy from these fraudsters!

This used to be such a good company. Been ordering from them for over 15 years. Mainly because VAT is paid up front so there are no unexpected customs charges. Until now.
I bought a Blu-ray box set with the VAT included in the total. So imagine my surprise when DHL contacted me saying there was a £38 charge! I refused to pay it because as far as I was concerned it was already paid. Eventually it transpired that Yesasia did not declare the VAT paid on the package, and so I was charged extra VAT on the total which already included VAT! After many emails to Yesasia (most of which were completely ignored), after a couple of weeks they admitted fault and agreed to settle the outstanding amount with DHL so my order could be delivered. And a few days later it was delivered, and I thought that was the end of it. And just now I found out that that they did not pay DHL at all, and DHL have just sent me a final demand for the outstanding amount.
Yesasia are fraudsters, plain and simple.

Products arrived in GREAT condition

I was able to check the status of my order to see when the products I ordered arrived in stock. Once shipped, I was able to track the package. Both products arrived in great condition. I am now making another purchase. Keep up the good work! Some of this stuff is hard to find where I live, and I'm really impressed with the quality I am finding it on your site.
