I've been ordering Dvds from France for many years and never met any problem with YESASIA. The delivery was always safe and quite fast. I highly recommend them and specially for the big choice of Asian Dvds and Blurays with english subtitles !

I have used YesAsia for more than ten years now. They stock many Chinese CDs and Videos that are often unattainable from other sources, especially products that are half a century old, as I am from the Baby Boomer Generation. Although their products are not the cheapest but their service is very reliable.

The order I placed few months ago was suddenly cancelled becoz of my expiry of credit card ( the card was hacked and I have no choice but cancelled the card). I was highly expected the product but finally felt so disappointed when receiving the cancellation email. I would highly recommend yesasia to provide alternatives on resolving the issue rather than just cancellation of my order!

Even what I consider the worst experience with them turned out to be a good one and was well recovered. One of my two items from the same order was shipped without prior notice, and the other item was cancelled. I had paid express shipping for two items. So I used their email the CEO function to request refund of the shipping in proportion to the out of stock item. And they sent the refund immediately to my PayPal account. 👍

They don't wrap items properly so the case will get to you broken and no, no chance they are refunding you. When they offered to send another DVD case, I thought it'd be the same as the original which got broken - hence, a dvd-boxset case - but no, it was an extra thin, transparent 1-CD case in which, obviously, my DVDs could simply not fit! You can't even send the item back and get another one since it's their fault for poor packaging.

Good varieties, many items available here are not found on other sites. I find it a little pricy for some items, but as long as the quality is good, then it is fine. Since the items I've found here are hard to find.

Best customer service, timely delivery, and timely responses. I will continue to purchase from them because they are awesome.

The Free Shipping limit is higher, meaning that customs charges may be incurred.
