DO NOT BUY from this company. Clothes look NOTHING like advertised. Bought a faux fur that looked liked a bath robe when I received it. Coat had a hole in the side. Company only offered a 10% refund, or $30 shipping charges to China! Currently disputing charges with PayPal.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company need to be shut down. I to was taken by them. I ordered two outfits a week apart. They actually supposedly shipped them together. That was my first red flag. Well it has been almost two months and my package is supposedly sitting in Georgia. I live two hours away. It doesn't take almost two months for a delivery from Georgia to Alabama. I message them about it and they gave me some BS reply. Then they emailed me an email to rate and review items I never received......and they sent it after I told them about my issue......REALLY???? I see several reviews say the same thing I'm experiencing. I had never ordered from them before and should have read the reviews first as I normally do when ordering from a company I have never ordered from before. This is sad and unacceptable. A scam for sure.

This is the worse experience I have received, when it comes to spending my on money. This company has done just what your reading, Taking ppl money" no products being delivered. Will be going through PayPal for my refund. Dress in Georgia for more than 2weeks. Nope just a label.

Terrible. It’s a scam. Do not buy anything from Yoclubwear. You will regret it. I bought about 5 outfits for my trip. Took about 5-6 weeks to receive 2 outfit. At that point, it was too last. I returned the outfits. Never received the other 2-3 outfits. When contacted by email, they were no help. They just gave me the run around until I became frustrated and stopped trying to get my refund. It was terrible and I was going on a trip to celebrate my 50th and tge birthday of my husband that passed away during Covid-19. Never buy anything from them.

Worst company ever, they’ll take your money, and you never receive your product. Definitely a scam!! Hopefully with all these bad reviews they get shutdown. It’s coming from China!! If you do receive it, definitely won’t look like that photo

This is the worst company by far they take your money and never send products I am trying to get a refund on an order that doesn’t even have a tracking number yet after they took funds two weeks ago!!! Horrible then they try to cheat you out your money by offering ten percent refund plus product, no I want my money y’all keep the coats. I don’t want to negotiate about what belongs to me!!!!

I ordered from this company. Even with expedited shipping my order was a month late. I emailed and got a response that the item had already shipped. Their cancel
Policy says you can cancel after the item has shipped. Scam 1: As soon as you pay the status of the item changes to shipped to prevent you from being able to cancel.
The product I order is not what I received. The fabric is the robe on the photo was cotton (African fabric) and very stiff. I received a robe with the African print on cheap Polyester. The cut was wrong. Sizing was wrong. It looked terrible. Scam 2: They print more expensive items on cheap fabric. Not worth your time or money!

I order in November it’s December I have emailed several times 48 hours I’d what they say it takes to respond I will say this don’t be in a rush if you need it right away order from someone else. I found out that this company and sale dress is the same company they have it bad about NOT sending your entire order they ship partially what you order and this will be my last time ordering from them it should not take over 30 days to receive anything I still have not received my order and there’s no information to search

I gave one star simply because you had to on order to post a review....zero stars is what this so called company deserves. This company has created a label at a location yet still haven't delivered the product. The tracking say its still waiting on the product for two weeks now and I wrote customer support and they just keep saying it is on its way. But the post office told me all they did was create a label. SCAM ALERT!!!

This is a fake company!!! I ordered a dress expedite shipping and it never came and couldn’t get my money back. The phone number do not work and u can’t contact anyone besides email..do not order from here..The people who run this company put the 5 star ratings up..trust me don’t order

Just give me a refund for the cloth I didn't get

I really loved the clothing designs posted on this site, I read a plethora of reviews about Yoclubwear beforehand. & Thankfully I did, But is there any way I can locate where to purchase these items other then the site of Yoclubwear is what I really would like to know????

Scam Beware!

Don't order from this company they will lie about your order if you contact them. I order two items from them back on October 17. I have not received my order yet! They keep saying they send it but they have not provided me with a tracking number yet. I just want my money back at this point. I wish I would have read the reviews before I order from this BS site.
They just stealing people's hard earned dollars.

Why, just why ! Didn't I read the reviews before I made a purchase !!!! Which I have yet to receive. Which I also paid express delivery for.

I ordered 3 items. 4 weeks later the items had not shipped. As soon as I requested a refund through PayPal they stalled asking me to wait so they can ship the item out. That way they can say the package was in route and could not be canceled. I shipped the package back to China and they won't refund until they get the package. Customs is holding it up.

Ordered a black and white dress, the white side is all stained with the black color. They want me to return the item to an address in China, not where it said to come from. The cost of return is more than what I paid for the item.
All the reviews I read I believe!

Still waiting for my items to have the order fulfilled since Oct 31st. One representative said it was processed another one said they shipped 2 items and the other is coming separately they never sent anything. I was rushing and didn't check reviews first like I always do wish I could cancel but after reading good luck to me right this place crazy.... received my order on the 18th wasn't worth the wait the clothing looks very cheap the jacket is as thin as paper...the white long dress shirt looks like a regular button down it had strings hanging from it the sleeves are ridiculous to figure out the look, and the black dress tie fits different and the material doesn't have a silky look to it more regular button down as the white dress shirt. Could of made out better at the local hair store and I don't shop there but it is better quality than this site

I too wished I read these reviews. It’s been over a month. And I received the same response when inquired about my order that it’s waiting to be received in Georgia. Terrible people to scam folks like this. They seem to target black folks based on style and color of all models on their website.

Do NOT order from this company. They are FRAUDULENT! Ordered a dress and never received it. I emailed support many times and received responses with a tracking number that stated item never received by post office and it shows the tracking number to somewhere in McDonough GA for the past couple of weeks. Every time I email support about the item they say it’s on its way. I requested a refund because I never got the dress and support emailed me back saying it’s been shipped over and over again! I’m filing a complaint with the FTC and BBB. This company needs to be stopped; this is illegal, and something needs to be done!

Ordered my merchandise from them on October 7,2022 and still have not received it yet. I’ve emailed them numerous times with only one email back stating that my package is on the way Bulls##t!!! Worse company ever they need to be shut down immediately!!! Will be filing a complaint against them and I want all my money back!!!
