I placed an order on September 23, 2022. I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PACKAGE! The post office has filed a service request trying to track my package that has been scanned as delivered but not to my address!!! My next step is to work with PayPal to refund my money!!! Run 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️ from this company. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They only provide an email address and continually responds, "Your order is being processed."

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. All of the comments in the reviews are correct. Working with PayPal to refund me my money. Gonna also file a complaint with BBB.

SCAM! First off I ordered my birthday dress on 9/21.. it didn’t get here until 10/20 almost a month later. That’s not even the SCAM part. I get the dress and it looks NOTHING like the picture. It looks like a toddler made this dress .

Horrible experience with this company. I ordered 5 dresses all size large. This company clothes are not made consistently. One dress came in as extra small, 1 came in as 2x and 3 where almost a size large. I contacted via email. Went back and forth for days. I was told to return the clothing to China. When I looked at where the items shipped from it was New Jersey. The cost to ship to China via USPS was $86, UPS $516 and FedEx $480. This is absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I contacted customer service again and told them the clothes weren’t worth the price it costs to ship where they would like to return the items. I also told them their policy was ridiculous and needed to be changed. I requested my money back and have not heard anything else from them. Their return policy is setup to ship to China not the place the items came from inside the US. Don’t purchase from them.

🤬🤬🤬🤬 What in the hell!!!! I tried to order a couple of things and the only payment option was paypal. That didnt seem right. Something told me to check the reviews and ta-daaaa...144 reviews with 1 star. Thats all I needed to know. Thanks for the reviews😉

RUUUUNNNNN, do not walk away from these crooks. I ordered dresses two weeks ago and paid for express shipping. My order has had the same tracking information for over a week. I wish I had come here first. I will never ever order anything from them and nor should you! I am filing a dispute with my credit card company. They can keep their dresses

the items that i purchase was poor Quity of dresses I will never order from here again they don't tell you how to return if you don't like it. just like you are stuck with it.

Send return address for refund I'm contacting the BBB today

The dresses are not what is in the image.Poor fabric and looks messy.If you like to waste your money buy from them.

I ordered a dress for wedding the wedding is overweight honeymoon they bout to expect their first child still haven’t gotten address so disappointing plus they took the money already I want my money on my dress

Thank God I just happened to bump into these reviews after accidentally closing the tab after I had ran up a cart. I was trying to get bk to the site and saw "Yoclubreviews" and I cant thank you all enough for mentioning yalls experiences. No way EVERYBODY has had a bad experience without it being some truth to it so thank you ladies. You all just saved me $194 ..

I placed an order on 9/2 (expedited) and today is 9/20.... still no package! I've emailed customer service and they keep saying it's scheduled to arrive. The package has been sitting in New York since 9/9. After reading these reviews, they're scammers, BEWARE! I'm just going to call my bank and stop payment! I'll never order from them again, NEVER!

Beware!! They will charge you even if the item is sold out and you won’t know until it doesn’t show up, then they will try to get you to order something else of equal value instead of refunding for a purchase never received! Horrible! No star if possible

The clothes and quality of the material was crappy. I returned the items and never received my refund. And their refund policy is bogus.Don’t waste your time. Gave them 1 star because that was the only way I was able to write a review. Otherwise I would not have give a star at all. Buyer be ware.

Material is horrible. I wear medium decided to order large and still fit me super small. Trying to return it, but supposedly I have to send it back to China which is super expensive I think this is their way of not having to return customers money. 🤬

They deserve ZERO stars. Sent me something that was absolutely NOT what was reflected on the website and they know it. Annnnddd it add to the insult, the quality of what was sent was AWFUL. I had to follow up with them to even get my order. It had been a month! I told them to cancel they other item they hadn’t even processed. Then they wait to give you return address after having to ask twice and after they try to convince you to keep the item because shipping is expensive overseas.. i was like wait what? It came from Jamaica queens NYC? Then want to offer you 10% off the next order. Now, WHY ON EARTH would I buy again?!? Make it make sense!!!! I am glad I only ordered what I did b/c there was more that I (thought) I wanted initially. But I said nah, lemme see what these first two are about first. They are trash and a super scam! I thought I was supporting a dope small business. Yeah it’s a business alright. Kick in those doors and shut it DOWN immediately!

I wish I had read these reviews before I place my order. I also paid for 5-7 day shipment. Have not heard anything from this company about my order.

Today August 28th, 2022, I was looking for a pair of pants. They were black and white wide legged Vogue pants and this website. Their clothes look very well put together. Some just too good to be true. I have never heard it this website nor have anyone I know has ever mentioned it. I decided to google their reviews. I am so gladly I didn’t order anything from their website. I got lucky. Thanks for all of your reviews, I’m very greatful.

Do not purchase from here. Their outfits are nothing as pictured and they do not honor their return policy. Very dishonest company. They also have a website called Luccys which is also a scam. BEWARE!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS MERCHANT! I PLACED AN 3-5 EXPEDITED ORDER 3 MONTHS AGO, SPENT $396.99, RECEIVED THE RUNAROUND EVERY TIME I TRIED TO GET THE TRACKING INFO AND TRACK MY PACKAGE, AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MERCHANDISE AS OF TODAY AUGUST 25, 2022! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
