I ordered Jon Snow & Arya Starks swords from here I am absolutely delighted with them! Once I ordered them they sent an email asking me to send my ID and my swords arrived the next day less than 48 hours after they were ordered! If I ever want another sword I will be coming here absolutely amazing value for money I couldn’t be happier.

I ordered the Legend of Zelda Master sword and it's dark counterpart and got those and 3 free gifts I got to choose! They are all AMAZING quality and as for delivery, after I had provided my ID, my delivery arrived in fantastic condition 2 days later! I will definitely be ordering from them again! There's so many more items on the website I'd love to add to my collection!

Quite unintentionally our new house extension has taken on a Japanese theme. We had one window cill area still bare, looking at it I could see a set of Samurai swords taking up the space. Having looked at many sites nothing grabbed my attention, colours not right, too pricey for a simply decorative object. Then I came across York Armoury and found a whole range of sets in different patterns and very affordable. I finally chose a set I felt suited the position in our extension without looking too dominant. The package arrived within 7 days and I was not disappointed. The style, colour and overall finish simply perfect for what we were looking for. Great item at a great price.

Bought multiple things off york armoury (5 I believe) and not once have I had a bad experience with them. Delivery has always been exceptionally quick. The quality of the products has also been exceptional every single time. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Bought a champion sword intended as a fathers day present, it was delivered 6 months later after constant phone calls and emails. At one point i was told it was out of stock and to select another product, then my original purchase turned up and im messaged telling me they're sorry for the confusion and as an apology if i spend another £100 they'd give me £25 off. Then they had the audacity to ask me to give them a 5* review but if I'd had issues to contact them first and when i did express ny dissatisfaction i was told not to bother leaving a review if i cant give them 5*

I have been trying to buy the Blade figurine for a week, but unfortunately the transaction was canceled for no reason. All e-mails will remain unanswered and the person answering the phone, very nice but useless, promised to call back with information about the availability of the figurine, but of course he did not call. Veryyy loooow.

Bought a Walking Dead bat, they took my money happily then ignored me completely when I asked where the item is, they never even bothered to confirm my order, just took the cash & ignored my 4 emails, Paypal have been informed so I will be getting a refund....AVOID THIS SHOP WITH A VENGANCE customer service means nothing to them!!!

Online order - absolutely perfect. Placed my order for a couple of swords - added the free gifts as per the monthly special option. Paid by PayPal. Order arrived complete and perfect a few days later - actually quicker than quoted despite post office strikes.

This is my second fully successful order from the online shop

I purchased in June a Crusader shield. It arrived damaged, but not just that, it was the wrong sheild. It was returned. A replacement was sent, but again, damaged. I was asked if I wanted to keep it for half price... but a damaged shield is of no use to me. I returned it asking for a full refund. Nearly 3 months later, numerous emails and no response, I'm now taking legal action and putting this in writing to them today.

Bought a dirk online from them. I had excellent service from Denis who kept me informed via email on every step of the purchase right through to delivery. Would highly recommend and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with them again.

Avoid this place. Staff are terrible, Especially the pair of 'oddos' in the back of the shop. Rude, arrogant, dimissive and unfunny. I put my wallet away and left despite wanting to purchase. Heard the nasty sarcasm from them as walked out. Just no need for people like that in retail. I don't part with cash to fools. Business owner needs a rethink on staff. Attitudes stink.
