Enjoyed a really good holiday in Loen Cottage, Very well kept and equipped cottage with great views over Whitby harbour and the Abbey. Easy walk into Whitby town centre and great beach for the dogs to run on at low tide. Our only real gripes were lack of instruction for the oven, Small old fashioned TV for a winter break and it is a fairly long uphill walk to the parking when you move in and out with belongings.

We stayed at Sunny Bank Cottage for four nights. A lovely cottage in a great location.

The first evening the TV remote was missing... This was dealt with very swiftly just one online chat (quickly followed up by a call and visit)! (It was - in error put away with the cleaners box which we couldn't access).

Tiny issue...and to me this highlights the good service received from the company. Yorkshire Holiday cottages (thank you)!

We will definitely revisit this a gorgeous well equipped cottage.

Another lovely holiday in this lovely cottage. Perfectly situated and so well presented. We’ve been several times and plan to go back again!

Lovely, spacious cottage in a fabulous village, but if your car is larger than a Mini or Ford Fiesta forget about negotiating the “track” to access the cottage. It is a very tight turn to an incredibly steep track and if there is anything parked on the road, it’s impossible to swing out to get a lock on.
Therefore take the risk of getting your car damaged by parking on Main Street, as mine was.
Parking is the key factor for any of my cottage breaks so unfortunately I would not return.
Also the lack of a basic welcome pack was unacceptable especially as the one village shop closes extremely early and cottage access is after 4pm.

We were only allowed in the property at 4 pm and hade to vacate at 9am so over a 2 night stay were were barely in!

Enjoyed a quick break on the North Yorkshire Coast in November with one beautiful day and a couple of more "normal November" days!!
A great cottage right in the heart of Robin Hoods Bay.

Quirky, quiet, comfortable and cosy. What a little gem of a find that is ‘Green Cottage’. Everything we needed after three days of gorgeous Autumn sunshine exploring the coast.Looking forwards each evening to returning and relaxing in such a lovely well equipped haven. Will definitely return.

A real shame. A sweet cottage with no management support when we were in trouble. Definitely not safe for two dogs. The gate latch was broken when we arrived so the yard was unsafe. We had to walk the dogs at night and in the early hours of the morning in the dark. The cottage was freezing. We phoned twice for help and no one replied.

These guys help you have a great time in Yorkshire. Cannot complain one bit.

Our stay at Witton cottage was very enjoyable clean and very welcoming.

is in a really good location.close to everything.

Easy to use website and clear communication from booking to departure.

Great location for walking, cozy inside yet spacious very well equipped kitchen a real home from home but the enclosed patio area may not be suitable for young dogs who like ours can jump the 3ft walls with ease.

Lovely big cottage with excellent self catering facilities and a fantastic swimming pool and games room. We will definitely be visiting again!
