12 Billion chips

The simple fact is I have over 12 Billion chips. Never spent a dime. People that complain just play bad poker. My friends in the game have the same result. Poker is discipline at playing the percentages, time and time again. Money management, never play more than 1/20 of your bankroll on any given day. Stay away from BJ where the odds are worse. The game is fine, some people just cant play correctly.

after a long gaming experience

after a long gaming experience, I have to admit that poker is basically pleasant, absurd things happen, like people (?), who go all in with 2 and 7 and a two and a seven come out, always with a high prize pool... .. but, the most scandalous thing, is blackjack. manipulated, yesterday adexample for 12 hours, the dealer always had 19, 20, served, he rarely busted, and so on throughout the afternoon and evening. everyone complains, no one officially protests. also because if he does so he will probably be banned from the game itself. I have a VIP+ friend who dared to complain. Result? he was banned. poker is based on the old and beautiful gop1 and gop2. but this gop, either you spend, or you will always remain in the low game. opportunities for growth in the game, if you don't make purchases you don't have any and you won't have any. for example, after 8 years of playing clean, I spend a few euros a year, I'm still at 150 million chips, how do I win, lose them, who knows why...... meditate before playing.....

My toddler charged 550 euros

My toddler charged 550 euros. I neglected to put pay controls. I didnt use the purchases and i begged them to cancel within hours. They refuse to repay me. They are terrible people. They are mean. They dont care. I cant afford it. This world is lost when people with mecabhically take from yoi without remorse. I could hate everyyhing they are but they are the evidence that oir world is lost. Consummed by endless greed and an itter disregard for people. We are doomed.

In the most recent announcement they claim that if you reach Ruby or Emerald chest you will get a Viking hat. For the last 2 weeks I have had to complain that I have not received a Viking hat, now after contacting the support team I am being told that hat selection is"RANDOM", nowhere on their announcement does it say "RANDOM". ITS A CON TO GET YOU TO PLAY FOR BETTER CHESTS.!!!

Great game till the site breaks and support doesn't care.

First, the game itself is wonderful. I really enjoyed playing Gov of poker 3. UNTIL suddenly I get an error trying to log in. "Form validity expired" If you keep seeing this contact customer support.

Yea well they flat out don't care.

1. If you use their contact us page, you MUST have your game ID WHICH YOU HAVE TO LOG INTO THE GAME TO FIND! So if the problem is you cannot log in? They never find that out.
I got their email address from someone in their forums. Only way I could contact them at all. And all they could say is they only address issues if a lot of people are reporting it. AGAIN how can anyone report not being able to log in IF YOU NEED AN ID NUMBER AFTER LOGGING IN! How stupid is that? And how many people try and they never know there is a problem? I have at least ONE friend I met on another game and told him about this one. He can't get on at all. Tried and tried and finally just gave up. I bet this happens a lot more than their support is aware.

2. BRIEFLY I was able to get in using firefox (which actually stopped being able to log in long ago, so I stopped using it and used opera for this game.)
Anyway for what ever reason firefox at least let me log in. BUT I would first get some long error note about a unity something or other. This note got longer every time until finally Firefox just crashes when I go to log in to my game. Before that happened, while logged in I copied that user id number. I sent a screenshot of that initial error in the first time I contacted them. No help at all.

3. Just tried Safari, (honestly I forgot I even have. And I only have three browsers, not installing anymore.)
I get the same error I get on opera. About expired form validity.

4. Some people use STEAM to get on this game. I hate steam. I did originally set up an account with steam but it's separate from the youdagame site so if I went back I'd lose my levels, all my chips, my stuff. AND... even though I tried, steam again, this time it could not connect either.

These guys make rigged games

These guys make rigged games with changed odds to get more action going at the table. And so letting people buy more currency with IRL money because that's their business module.
You got pocket aces? Big chance someone can call your all-in with 2 7 offsuit and flop a boat. This happens so often it's hilarious.
I've had 4 royal flushes in 15k hands, that should be 1 in 40k hands.

And not even talking about cheaters not being punished. It's even in red text in the clan menu:
" Do not share card information, this is considered cheating. Cheating will result in a permanent ban. "

All the cheaters I've seen and reported have not been punished or banned. The replies from youda is that they will investigate, but ofcourse they never will.
So that rule is 100% a placebo, cheat away on this rigged garbage game, nobody's getting banned over it.

* Just to clarify: Not a salty player that lost all his chips and needs to vent, still at VIP* with over 1/2.6 hands won, just taking notes of all the bizarre hands that go on here in the past month. Might make a montage about it but these creeps will probably DMCA claim it under slander because reality for these people has legal consequences.

Let these guys get a real job instead of stealing money off elderly people by hosting a rigged poker game that sells currency for IRL cash.
