Pre planted Begonia hanging baskets
Ordered two ready planted hanging baskets. They arrived in excellent condition, and even though they are not watered everyday they are still flowering well. Ordered on 08 July, received 12th July.

Dead and dying plants and still waiting for a refund
I received plants on 15/7/2026 in a dreadful condition where most were dead and dying. This company offers a refund but after 18 e-mails back and forth I’m still waiting. They keep asking for photos, which I have sent on several occasions, all to no avail. It’s not possible to speak to anyone direct, it seems a callcentre answers. Very poor customer service!!!

Canna bargain, money well spent
The Canna I ordered were exactly as shown on your website. They arrived in good time and were extremely well protected in tubes. They are growing well in large individual pots and I look forward to them flowering.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality, as usual, plus a very good-sized plant. Really healthy root system and already seeing a lot of new growth in just a couple of weeks. Bit disappointed that the advertised companion planter wasn't available, but not the end of the world as the plant's the main thing. Delivery cost is something I'd rather was just absorbed into general pricing.

Speedy delivery value for money
Well packaged plants arrived in a couple of days potted them on. However two didn’t survive and as there is only one of each variety not quite the collection I expected but the rest are fine might be able to plant in the garden soon if we get some rain soon!
