Disappointing …
Half the order arrived in a very poor state. I salvaged most of them. They still look miserable. I had to ask for my money back for the other half of the order which I had paid for. It was put into an account I never knew I had! I am to be refunded. Won’t use you again. Poor plants and poor service.

Shame just lack customer service…
I ordered a lime tree it arrived with few leaves. It was hot and was surprised there were no damp pads helping the heat and travel stress. Complained which is quite hard as they only take emails and very slow response. After numerous emails eventually they offered a refund. However well over a week and no sight of the monies. Shame really that when things go wrong they are not agile to sort them out. I am sure if you dont order in hot weather you may be ok. I hate complaining but I feel that the service is very lacking or I am very unlucky.
Since this review I did get my refund and do hope this was a one off. Thank you for the detail reply and speed action after this review.

No complaints!
Over the years I have had many plants for my new garden. If you review my orders you will see apart from the wrong bag of manure arriving I have only had to complain about 1 standard rose that did not thrive, and you kindly refunded the cost as you had run out of stock.
I would recommend your company to any one who asks!

Lime Tree
Ordered a Lime tree / bush. Arrived extremely well packaged and looked in lovely condition.
I have potted it on and it has already started to throw new shoots albeit at this stage they are very small but very numerous.
Very pleased with this purchase and compliments my other citrus plants.

Disappointing
Plant was well packaged. On opening the box, the plant was in a right sorry state. Most of the leaves appeared to have been attacked by slugs or snails. This was my first time ordering a plant online and it will be my last. Not impressed!
