The plants we received were in good order and we were able to plant them without difficulty unlike another experience we had with a supplier when the plants arrived so small they were unable to be popular on the result of your plants have been very good especially taking into consideration the extreme heat we have had But you must remember that all you plants must repeat must be kept well watered in this weather.

lovely little orange tree, box it was delivered in was a bit soggy, mother in law arrived to check on dogs while i was working when it was being delivered, and was so over dramatic I thought the plant wouldn't survive, so rushed home after work and absolutely no

My 2 hanging baskets took a long time…
My 2 hanging baskets took a long time to arrive and when they did there were a lot of broken stems. One is in a better condition than the other and has some flowers, but the other is mainly leaves. Quite disappointed.

Despite some issues all was good in the end
the first delivery was A1 and the petunias look great despite the hot weather. Second delivery was heat affected and spill issues caused several plants to die. All was sorted out in the end and the surviving plants look amazing

Hot stuff!
I had a delivery during the peak hot weather which meant that the plants arrived in poor condition. I contacted them and provided photos to back up my claim, and they responded quickly with fresh replacements which were fine. Great service guys, thank you.

POOR PACKAGING AND DEAD PLANTS
The plants were poorly packaged and difficult to separate. Two specimens were in an unacceptable condition and died within a few days. A third plant had no root system and also lasted just a week.
I was then lied to regarding the despatch of replacements. Very disappointed, just offered a £4.00 refund after several emails!
