Do not purchase from this company. I placed an order with them almost a month ago and still have not received my order. I’ve followed up with the company several times and each time I talk to them, they tell me they’re having issues with shipping. Which cannot be true because they are also sending out emails saying if you order an item, it will ship within two business days. I finally filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back.

They said they will process a refund but stopped responding to my emails after that.

They have terrible customer service which is probably why they have limited the comments on their social media pages, they don’t want people writing terrible reviews about them.

When I placed my order I received an email that my swim turban was on back order, which was not a big deal to me. It took a few weeks but I finally received it in the mail. Anytime I have worn the swim turban my hair is wet. Ive tried making it tighter by twisted it but it does not work. I typically have big hair (box trials, twist, natural fro, crochets). I would not recommend spending money on this product. A much cheaper one from Amazon will do the same thing. I gave it 2 stars because it does have a more stylish appearance, which is why I wanted it.

I ordered a swim turban on Aug 7th and have not received my order yet as of today, Oct 7th. I have emailed them at the end of August and they said there was a back order but I have not received any other news. At this point, I have requested a full refund. Hopefully this will go smoothly.

What made my experience was the customer service. I ordered and hadn't received my email about the product shipping. I did receive an apologetic response and what's most important received my shipping confirmation shortly after. I have already recommended your products to other curly girl swimmers. I have shoulder length locs and they fit, with a little manipulation, in the swim cap.

I thought I was the only one having issue with shipping, but after coming on here I noticed it wasn't just me. I ordered Aug 16th. It's Sep 18th still nothing. I've ordered from them before back in 2021. Everything was fast. However, this go round, it seems like that every one is having an issue with them. I hope they fix whatever is going soon. I might not order from them again after this experience.

I placed my order on July 17th & I still have not yet received it. I contacted them several times and their answer is -they’re getting my order rush delivered-. We are now in September and I still have not received any goods or emails with a curtesy status of the order. Please buyer be aware!!!!

The quality of the material and just overall the product is great will be ordering more of your products

I love the style of the turban. The jade green color I ordered is beautiful. I especially love the satin lining in it that protects my natural hair. Great product. I would recommend to anyone, but especially to those with natural coily hair that can get fragile.

Placed an order August 10th 2024. No product received and no response to 2 emails sent requesting status. Extremely disappointed as there weee so many positive reviews. Still waiting.

I’ve ordered from them back in 2022 extremely professional spent about 120 & got confirmation email by the second with ship date & all. However recently as of the 08/23/24 I have not received a confirmation email from them immediately & it’s been a few days I really hope they get it together very great company & very great products. I’m just seeing a decline in customer to product relations I may be pulling my order back. If I don’t get a confirmation email.

It took a little longer than expected to arrive do it arrived after my vacation, but the product is well put together and thank goodness you included instructions otherwise I would not have figured out how to wear it properly

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the item and it being great for the purpose I bought it 10/10 would recommend !

I received my YGN products just in time for my granddaughter to start her swimming lessons. She has ALOT of hair and this swim cap kept her hair dry. Also she received several compliments on how pretty she looked in it.

Overall, I love this product! Delivery took over a month, which had me feeling pretty irritated, but after I reached out to customer service, they made sure the product got to me quickly. The wrap itself is excellent! Kept all the water out, so I could enjoy my summer fun without having to worry about my hair.
