nver received my order

As many others have indicated. Placed an order in Aug and I have not received it. Inquired several times about refund and I have note heard back. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Bad business that takes your money without products to fulfill order

I placed an order late Sept’24, it is now almost over 2 months later and I have still not received my order. The company initially responded to my inquiries with promises that the order would be fulfilled soon. However given the 2 month delay, I have requested a cancellation of the order and a refund…I have heard nothing from the company. Do not buy products from this company!

Scammers

Scammers, just like so many others placed an order over 3-4 months ago, and did not receive my order, they have not reached out to me, I have requested a refund several times. No response. Do not shop with them. And had the nerve to send out advertisements to email to shop. NEVER again!!

I had to leave a star in order to leave…

I had to leave a star in order to leave a review. I would have given 0 stars. Today makes 4 months and I have yet to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails and only one response indicating that the order is being worked on. Phone also rings off the hook. Funny part is, you can't even track your order to confirm its destination. This business is definitely a scam!

Ghosted w/o cause

I hoped for 3 months, this company would remedy the situation but unfortunately like others who have dealt with this company, I made a purchase and never received my products. Money was paid, a confirmation email was sent to me, not an itemized email and that was the extent of it.

I reached out to the company twice once via email and once by social media both times I was given excuses based on transit and was told, 2 separate times, that my purchase products would be in the mail that week, and it is now 3 months later and currently no one's returning emails, no one's returning social media direct messages. The phone number never works and I still don't have a refund or the products I purchased. This is beyond unprofessional.

I have contacted PayPal and I'll be contacting my bank monday morning to seek a refund, because this is ridiculous! With their current track record, and I really wish I'd read these reviews beforehand, I will not be supporting this company in the future and I would reconsider if I were you.

Stay Away...THIEVES

I placed an order 3 months ago, and every time I email them about my order. They state it will be shipped in 7-10 business days. For three months they have taken my money. And this so-called Natalie H. keeps spinning the same lying wheel. Sadly, a company like this has scammed people for hundreds of dollars. I shouldn't have been surprised by what they're doing to people. Please stay clear of them. They are liars, and I hope their business crashes. They don't deserve anyone. It's a shame whoever invested in these people is now paying the price because of their reputation. Thieves!

Trash

Trash. Ordered and got not shipping or heard nothing until I inquired about my order. Was told it wasn't processed yet and that the young lady would push it through, another couple weeks go by nothing. At this point I am over it and message them for a refund twice and get nothing. I make a dispute with Paypal and wouldn't you know it, I got the tracking the next day. Finally got the product today and it is just whatever. Stitching is off and it does not look to be the same quality as models worn in the photos. Went on Reddit and THIS IS STANDARD FOR THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND DO NOT TRUST THEM. I got no email, not sorry for the inconvenience. There wasn't even an invoice slip in the package.

Do not order from these people!

Do not order from these people. Your order will not arrive in the time it says, and when you request a refund, they give you the run around. They don’t have a customer service number because it’s obvious that they have a lot of issues. It’s 2 1/2 months later and I haven’t gotten a package nor the refund I requested. When you email their customer service they don’t answer you. I’ve already began the process of disputing the charge with my bank. Don’t order, it’s a waste of time.

Never received swim cap!!

I purchased a swim cap first week of August, but never received my item. I emailed YGN over 8 times, only to receive excuse after excuse. Now it's November 1st and they stopped responding. I wish there was a way to give them NO STARS!! Don't waste your time or money!! I would have been better off just handing out my $60 to a pan handler!!

I ordered a swim turban on August 8 and have not received the item yet. I have reached out to the company about not getting my item and I was told that they were having issue with logistics and that my item would be ship that week. That was on September 14. I was also informed that I would receive a $10 credit. As of October 26, I have not received a credit, my item, nor a confirmation that my order was shipped. So, I sent another email about my purchase and have not received a response. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED I will not buy anything again nor recommend anyone else to buy from them.

I was so happy to support the natural…

I was so happy to support the natural hair community. I order a headband and turban and never revived the item. I then reach to the company about not getting my item and I was told that they were having issue with getting the items and I understood and stated that I would wait. So, I waited and waited and then sent another email about my purchase. They offer me ten dollars off my order but ensure me that I would be getting my item. I then got tracking number for a hold different person showing when the item was sent and Delivery. I reach and was like hey what's up. and I was sent what it sent like a computer-generated respond about my issues. I then got a respond as if it was my fault that I didn't get my item, I ask for a full refund and still nothing EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Never will I order from here again

Never will I order from here again. When I say cancel my order (have proof via email) that means refund me my money and keep your products. I needed the order several weeks ago. I don't need it anymore now.

You may have taken my money now but trust & believe you will not have mine nor a lot of other people's business again.

Paid but no product, tracking or reply in over a month!

I ordered a swim turban over a month ago and still have not received tracking information or a reply to my two emails to customer service.

While I realize many of their swim styles are on back order, I intentionally ordered a color that was “in stock” even though it wasn’t my first choice. My credit card was charged over a month ago and I have yet to receive any tracking information and have also not received a reply to my two emails to coroner service. Given the numerous complaints about this business on BBB over the years I’d avoid them until they can get their inventory and customer service in order.

You Go Natural…Theifs…Fraudulent

As of today, 12OCT2024, I have not received my refund of &150.22 as promised by You Go Natural, for an order I placed late August 2024.

Consumers, beware as this appears to be fraudulent company. There are others who are reporting theft of their funds as well, without receiving any product.

Buyer beware!!

Buyer beware!!! I refuse to order from this business ever again. I use to support them, however they dropped the ball more than once. I placed an order on August 29th, 2024 and still haven't received my order. Last month I contacted via email customer service, and spoke to the representative, Natalie M. I ask for an update and was given a partial refund due to the delay caused by "logistic issues" and a empty promise of my order being fulfilled. After a week, I contacted customer service again (spoke to the same representative) for a full refund and received the same excuse for the delay. I have yet to receive my refund nor a response to my email about the time frame for my refund. This business is unprofessional and lacks customer service in a timely manner. Save your money. Additionally, you shouldn't have to go to Instagram to send a message just to recieve a response to your email.
