Order never shipped!

This company used to be so good. I have several items from them. But the latest order I TRIED to place (I’ve been waiting on since November of last year) I never received!!!!

YGN agreed to refund me in December but they won’t send the refund! I just want my money back!

HORRIBLE experience is giving black owned businesses a bad rap

HORRIBLE customer service. I waited for 2 months and never received my order. After contacting customer service (a joke), I was sent an auto generated reply of "good news, your order was delivered". They even sent me a copy of the fake tracking. Keep in mind that the order was delivered to an address in New York, yet my address is in Maryland. Attempted to recontact customer service and I received a message that the case was closed since my order was delivered.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/DECEPTIVE COMPANY

I ordered from them in the past and had great service. It has been a month since my last purchase. The money was taken out of my account right away and I got the same message you all received. I asked for a refund. No response. This is very disappointing and deceptive and I will never order from them again. I wish I could sue them for my money back. Horrible service.

I wish I would have read reviews before ordering

I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. Thought I would have gotten my order quickly since this company is based in my same county. Placed my order on January 31, 2025 and they quickly debited my account on February 3rd. After about a week I emailed and I see I got the same response as others. I further researched and saw the address of this business property is now up for sale.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I’ve ordered items and to date I have not received my order. I’ve sent numerous emails since there’s no contact number for customer service. This is the response I’ve received below:

Horrible experience with this company

Horrible experience with this company! I ordered my items back in November, to get them for Christmas, and I still have not received them! I would be more understanding if this was a one time occurrence, but it’s not. The last time I ordered from this company, the same thing happened.

This is so sad because I actually really love their products that I purchased in the past. I use them every day currently, which is why I wanted to order more.

I thought that this was a one time occurrence with the shipping, but it has proven not to be. I’m having the same issue I did last time, and this time it’s a longer wait time, now going on three months.

They have horrible customer service and do not follow up with you on the status of your order.

I’m more frustrated because this is a minority owned business and we need to do better, especially when their products are so good!

They are quite literally shooting themselves in the foot.

Unfortunately, I will never purchase from them again!

Disgusting customer service

Disgusting customer service. Wish I could give -10 stars.

Ordered my Satin Turban Oct 30 2024, it is now Feb 9 2025 and my order has still not even been shipped.

No proactive communication from the company, every single time I check in where my order is at they say they have 'logistical issues' - if the frkn turban was back IN STOCK - READY TO BE SHIPPED IN 4 WEEKS, how is it all of a sudden nowhere to be found?

I've raised a dispute with AMEX. Do not buy from this company.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordered over a year ago. Received 1 item not the swim cap. Gave 1 star because receive 10$ refund on cap. Trying to contact since. No reply,no response,no refund. Nothing. So unprofessional. Severely disappointed. Wanted to support business so bad. Do not fall for their advertisements or assurances. You will hear nothing and receive nothing. Hard earned money wasted on deceptive business practices.

A lot went wrong here

A lot went wrong here. I only left one star to leave a review. I ordered back in August 2024. It’s February now. I still have not received the product. I demand a refund. It’s only fair. I’ll give them one star for responding in a timely fashion after I first reached out last year. And they refunded me 10 dollars for my wait. Thanks. It was over two months first time I reached out with still no product after paying. They said they had an influx of orders etc to say the least and are behind and I’ll get a email when my order ships. It’s February of a whole new year they haven’t responded to my last email. I just emailed again. Hopefully they will respond and refund. I found great ones on Amazon that’s another brand. Way less with same material. Save your time and money. I hate to leave a bad review but when it’s honest true and real The people need to know so out won’t happen to them.

Ordered products in August 2024. It's now January 2025. I never received my order. I've emailed the company multiple times and the response is always sorry we are having logistical issues. I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago, and nothing. Stay clear of this company.

However I noticed that the site was ygnaccessories.com. Last night I wanted to check my order status, and I could not find an email anywhere. However they had sent promotions but the links led to nowhere.

I was a believer and really loved this…

I was a believer and really loved this company, but I’ve been taken advantage of. I ordered three turbans, on October 7th and I received the first one right away; obviously I’m still awaiting my other two. The first two months, I was quickly emailed with a reassuring response, but this month, I was ignored and left in the dark. I’m severely disappointed and won’t be giving any more of my business to this company.

If I could give less than a 1 star…

If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would. I have been waiting for my order since September with no luck..I have contacted this company several times and they have promised a refund for not sending me my items yet there is no refund in sight. If you look at the comments on their FB page you will see a bunch of people are in the same situation. Buyer beware, don't purchase from this scam of a company.

Scam

They’re not gonna send you guys the turbans. I ordered 3 turbans back around my birthday last September. They sent me one turban and the quality on it was horrible. It did not fit my head well and I’ve had good turbans before that fit just fine. They took my money for the other 2 turbans and honestly I would send the one I have back if I could but I know it’s a scam at this point.

Avoid this business at all costs

Avoid this business at all costs. People need to publicize more about this shady business that steals your money. I placed an order on September 15. They shipped two items. One was wrong. I’m still waiting on the last item almost 4 months later. Customer service communicated with me at first. I offered a simple solution. Just send me any open turban, and I’d just keep the closed turban that should have been the open one instead of returning it for what I ordered. They never responded. They continue not to respond to emails regarding the item I haven’t received. They have not responded to my emails requesting a refund for the item ordered four months ago that I haven’t received. They even had the nerve to consolidate two different customer service requests on this matter and not respond. They continue to have sales as though they have items to sell. I asked them to just send me anything. No response. They are scam artists who have no problem stealing money from customers. I wish I had read reviews first.

Do not recommend

Placed an order November 28. Almost 3 weeks later my order has not dispatched - they had quite a few items on backorder and I made show to choose items that showed as in stock as I needed it for my vacation. I thought ordering more than a month ahead would be sufficient. Contacted customer service (Natalie H) - no resolution, very vague in response and offered no estimate on when my items would be shipped. Had to file a charge back with my bank and thankfully got refunded. Very sad as I ordered from these company a couple years ago, was pleased with the product, not sure what happened, but now they’ve decided to be scammers. Thankfully there are other similar companies and I will be ordering from them instead

I’d give zero stars if I could

I’d give zero stars if I could. Like others, I ordered and never recieved the product. It’s been a month. I reached out via email to inquire and after several weeks I finally received a response from this “Natalie” that everyone has mentions. Natalie is clearly just an automated system saying that there was “still a significant delay” on my order. I responded that I would need the order refunded since they had no definitive details on when or if I would receive the item. Another week went by and they finally responded that they would “forward my request to the appropriate department” and tell me when there was resolution.
It’s now been several more days and still no refund or communication. They won’t respond to direct social media messages either. And comments on their socials have been turned off. I wanted to believe that the company just got behind on orders and that they would rectify the situation but after seeing all of these other reviews I doubt it. I’m also super irritated that they have been posting sales and marketing to promote the same items that lots of us are still waiting on! If you’re that backed up by months then you shouldn’t be taking anyone else's money until you satisfy current orders! This leads me to believe it’s a fraudulent business. Beware!

Avoid buying from this company

This company doesn't respond quickly if at all, there's no customer support phone number and returns are not refunded. The products don't match the sizing and the black lining is visible. I ordered from this company on 1/7/24 and it took over a month for the product to arrive (2/10/24). None of the items fit according to measurements from the site so I returned them. I was told they didn't receive back in time for refund and they gave me store credit. (I requested a return within 2 weeks of delivery! ) I requested multiple times to please give me a refund, especially considering the long wait for shipping to no avail.

I am compelled to express my dissatisfaction with this company, as my experience has been extremely frustrating. I placed an order for three swim caps in August with the expectation of delivery within two weeks. However, it is now December, and I have yet to receive my order. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times—initially receiving a promise of imminent delivery—I have sent a total of 15 emails inquiring about my order and requesting a refund, but I have not received any response. Consequently, I have escalated this matter to my bank for further assistance. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering this company.
