Youmesushi demostrate first rate cusomter service
We have always considered YouMeSushi very good value and have little cause for complaint. In fact the one time we did post a bad review (and the food was unusually bad) the company immediately refunded our meal and gave us a voucher for a free meal. Not only that, they informed us that the head chef was despatched to re-train the entire kitchen. And I believe this really did happen as from that day we have never had anything but great food. Anyone can get things wrong, it's what they do to put them right than matters, and I was very impressed by their response.

Actually, they deserve NO STAR. Even one star is too much for such an unprofessional company. They NEVER delivered my order and when I called, they treated me disrespectfully. I will NEVER order from them again. The branch I was involved with was the Finchley Central branch.

Do not listen or attempt to understand customer
I purchased noodle soup from the New Malden Store. I advised server I was allergic to chilli and asked her to take out the chilli pcs sitting on top of the noodles. She did this no problem, but failed to tell me the soup itself was generously seasoned with chilli. Which part of 'I can't eat chilli' did she not understand??!! Was unable to eat, wasted money, not going there again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with YouMe Sushi Ealing for a private event we organised, cantered around the launch of cutting-edge business and workplace technology. As a Japanese headquarters-based organisation, it was imperative for us to find a Japanese caterer that could not only match the excitement of our event but also provide delicious, fresh sushi made with the finest ingredients. YouMe Sushi Ealing exceeded our expectations.
Their menu immediately caught our attention, brimming with mouth-watering handmade sushi that has garnered them a well-deserved reputation as one of the top Sushi delivery services in London. The Love Box was a hit among our guests, and many enjoyed the edamame and crunchy rolls. The dessert menu was also a standout, offering a variety of options to please our VIPs, and judging by the fact that everything was devoured, it's safe to say the food was thoroughly enjoyed.
We did experience a minor hiccup when the food was delivered earlier than requested, but this was an honest mistake, swiftly acknowledged, and corrected without any fuss. This level of professionalism and willingness to rectify any issues promptly was truly appreciated.
I must commend Ludovico Arzeo, the Operations Manager at YouMe Sushi Ealing, for his outstanding support throughout the entire process. He provided us with excellent service, being responsive and prompt at all times. His dedication to ensuring our event's catering success did not go unnoticed.

Raw chicken
I buy a katsu curry for home, after the guy gave me attitude because I have a helmet on and he thought i am some delivery driver, he served me with a raw chicken, I discovered this when i came back home and i still don't understand how is it possible to make such a basic mistake..I don't care about the service, I understand that the guy hate his job but the chef needs to know how to cook. Especially when you can get seriously ill.
I got the wrong items delivered three…
I got the wrong items delivered three times in total, two were in a row (and the delivered items were always conveniently cheaper than the ones I had paid for). This delivery was through their own delivery service. I’ve email them several times and they replied once saying they were going to look into it, but that was it. I emailed again since then, but didn’t get any response. Very bad costumer service, and will therefore not order from or recommend their restaurant to anyone else.

YouMeSushi - delivered by barbarian
YouMeSushi is normally a nice, reliable Japanese food provider. The problems started when for tonight's delivery that wasn’t the case.
Normally their food turns up on time and in excellent shape. Tonight it turned up in almost comedically bad shape.
The party platter had been compacted into approximately half its tray (it looked as though someone had given it a good shake, then put it in a centrifuge), the handroll had unrolled, and one of the packs of maki was similarly shaken to within an inch of its life. I know it arrives on a motorbike, but we order sushi regularly and I’ve never seen anything this destroyed. I've got pictures - they're hilarious, but I can't see any way to upload them unfortunately.
We decided to call and see what happened.
It’s not easy finding customer services on the YouMeSushi website, but once you do, it recommends calling the store that sent the food, which I did. They answered the phone quickly and asked me to hold for the manager, which I did.
After 8 minutes sitting quietly on hold with my family waiting to eat their (randomly annihilated) sushi, I gave up. No manager, no help, no suggestion that there was anything they could do differently.
So, when things go well it’s good, but when things go wrong they don’t even want to know. It’s a bit disappointing.
