I ordered a wireless telephone extension jack kit from 'Your Digital Home'; it arrived on time and worked very well immediately. All ancillary items were included and I was pleased with the service and results

Ordered the wireless phone jack and additional slave for sky multiroom to save having wires everywhere, works perfectly!!

Bought a wireless phone jack kit - prices were very competitive and delivery speedy. Had difficulty setting up my additional slave units so called the help number. Tried 3 times but having realised it was gone 5pm I was part way through sending an e-mail when my phone rang - it was the help desk assistant calling even though he should have finished and gone home. He was excellent and very patiently talked me through the process - great service!

My new sagem freeview recorder was up and running in minutes. my previous recorder was a sagem so this was an update. Very easy to use, lots of space for series and films. Cant comment on hd as my region will not be ready until 2012. I'm in my seventies and still enjoy dealing with things myself so was pleased that the manual was so easy to follow. A very satisfied customer.

The items arrived next day and wirked perfectly. Just plug then in. No setup required. They doubled the internet access speed compared to our wireless network.

From a call to confirm my delivery was to be dispatched to a different address than my billing address to the excellent packaging and quick delivery, the entire process was very well done.

The fact that they were cheapest also helps.

We were having Sky installed and needed a wireless phone extension. My son found what was required on my digital home and we ordered the item with only 24hours to play with. I was rather confused by the range of home plugs available so I rang up to ask for advice. The person I spoke to was really helpful and clearly knew what he was talking about, and his advice was for us to get the cheapest available because we just wanted to get the internet round the house. Good advice which you can trust when you can tell they aren't trying to talk up what you need.

I don't think I've ever written a review before but I'm compelled to do so for Your Digital Home. Not only was their service and advice second to none, but the item they recommended worked flawlessly with no issues (this is after countless efforts with other products) and they also delivered the next day (which happened to be a Saturday too). Could I ask for anymore? Yes, the price was great too.

I'd highly recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a Solwise 85PEW which is a HomePlug device with both an ethernet port and a wireless channel enabling both hard-wired devices and wireless devices to gain access to your network via your mains cabling.

The device arrived, well packed and in less than 48 hours.

These are supposed to be plug and play but unfortunately I could not get it to work. I could connect to the router with both the ethernet channel and the wireless channel but no matter what configuration combinations I tried it would not go beyond the router, to the internet.

I asked YourDigitalHome for an RMA and after a few exchanges of support emails I asked for the RMA.

I eventually bought a 3-port ethernet HomePlug which worked straight away. It even works through a consumer unit to our office in the garden.

So excellent service from YourDigitalHome but a shame about the faulty HomePlug.

To be honest, it was only other feedback that gave me the confidence to order this.
I'm so pleased I did.

The assistance and advice from Paul on setting up was all I could have expected and more as I am usually very wary when buying on the internet in case there may be a problem I cannot sort out. A firm that gave me confidence for any other purchase I may make from them.

The box seems to have more facilities than other boxes we have had, and has 2 scarts and was the best reviewed box I could find for a second TV.

At the moment we are not due for switchover until 2012 and BBC sre not the best channels in our region on any of the freeview sets we have but other channels work fine. Once on full power I am hoping BBC will sort itself out without upgrading my aerial.

i bought some homeplugs and an wifi adapter,
