I purchased a Humax FoxsatHDR and dish bundle,the delivery and installation were excellent.Seven months later I had a problem with my screen format.I contacted Paul Pegrum at Your Digital Home who assured me there would be no problem in exchanging my box,but through his perseverence in communicating with both Humax and Panasonic he resolved my problem without a replacement.It was an excellent after sales experience. I would use them again.

Prices good, communication amazingly good, promises kept, delivery schedule, to within a specific hour - kept. Tracking could not be easier and it was factual.
This Co. will certainly be my first 'port of call' for purchases in the future.
Before being asked to complete this fact-find I had already dropped 'yourdigitalhome.co.uk' a line to say how excellent their communications were. I also added a caviat that I hoped the rest of the service would be as good - it was.

Although I didn't get what I needed in the end because their suppliers were out of stock, yourdigitalhome was extremely helpful! Thumbs up for such an effort!

Very helpful to start with, answer all my question over the phone, which made me buy my items from them and after paying for them they arrived very quickly even in the snow.
However I did have a problem setting one of the phone jack slave up (which I bought one master and three slaves) after sending them a email (as the phone lines were down) they did get back to me fairly quickly, One thing I did notice from the email that it was all my fault and I was setting them up wrong (which I wasn’t) after going throw their instructions again an still not working, then I thought I would just do the opposite to the instruction and BINGO it work so was happy I didn’t have to send them back. I did send a email back explaining what had happen and it was the switch the wrong way around, NO email back saying sorry which let them down after I spent nearly £100 with them.
Overall not bad if they would have just sent an email back saying sorry or something like that I would of said excellent, customer aftercare needs to be tweak just that little bit more.

i needed a phone extension socket as I have sky multiroom and didnt want to have wires running through the house so I tried the wireless one and no problems it arrived promptly and installed no problem.

The Camera arrived at the stated time. I had great difficulty setting it up, but had fantastic help from technical support. This even involved Sarurday afternoon and a week day evening. Though the Camera worked by cable I could not get the Wireless to connect to my O2 router.

I ordered from Digital home and the units arrived very quickly and were exactly what I wanted. I would buy from them again if I needed the same units.

I wanted to order a wireless TV extension kit. I live in the Isle of Man and the only delivery option was for 'Islands and Highlands' @ £16. I emailed the company stating that delivery to the IOM was normally the same as the UK unless the item was big/heavy. I was emailed back the same evening and told they would see what could be done. The next day I received a further email telling me that a new delivery option for the IOM was now on the website @ the same rate as the mainland UK. I ordered the kit which was shown as out of stock. I received several updates regarding the progress of the kit which arrived within a week. I have already recommended the company to a work colleague who has placed an order. Has to be one of the best online shopping experiences I have had. I had never heard of the company before and took a chance on them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I've recently installed the external EyeSpy 247 camera to watch my car and driveway. It's neat, unobtrusive and very effective. Visitors have all been impressed, as were the neighbourhood police - they wanted to know how easy it is to search & download evidence, when I showed them they said they wished all householders had these. Without evidence most property investigations stall. My prime objective is of course deterrence. I'm using the free year's membership to the online recording. Much safer off site, then I will subscribe. There were a few issues with the initial configuration on a Mac, but a very helpful email support sorted that out.

YourDigitalHome ordered the Humax Freesat from the manufacturer, and it was quickly despatched. Unfortunately, the carrier (DPD) got themselves into an awful pickle, losing track of where it was and whether it was damaged or not. It did all turn out OK in the end, but only after some delays and confusion. These were faults of the carrier, and not the fault of YourDigitalHome though, hence I've given YDH full marks.

I ordered a humax pvr 500gb and installation. Box arrived promptly and the subcontracted installation team rang to arrange an appointment pretty soon after. The only complaint I have is that the man from the installation company decided he couldn't fit the dish and tried to charge me more. When I rang the company, they couldn't understand what I meant and sent another engineer the following day. Turned out he was the boss who was pretty annoyed and it had been a rogue member of staff who had been causing trouble who would be facing dismissal. As for yourdigitalhome, they were extremely helpful, when trying to explain to me what product I needed and why, especially as previous attempts at currys and the like had been met with complete ignorance.

I needed a phone socket in the bedroom for my Sky service and the wireless jack has saved me from having loads of wires; it also means that I can move the tv if I want. The jack kit was easy to order and arrived very quickly. All in all a very easy experience.

Order was despatched within 24 / 48 hours. Price was better than maplins and comparable with other internet sites.
I had a problem which was dealt with with no quibbles and replacement order despatched.
My only adverse comment is that it is not always easy to contact the seller (the tel. no. provider I can't ring from my office phone? but I can from my mobile.) and they are are very quick in ringing you back when they say they will.

The ordering service was hassle free and I was kept in touch at all times.
The delivery was second to none.
