DO NOT BUY FROM HERE ESPECIALLY WITH A CREDIT CARD. Less than 8 hours after ordering from here, my credit card was hacked and £600 stolen.

Still having an ongoing issue with this company.i purchased a screen protector and firstly what arrived was in the wrong packaging which was clearly damaged and sent out but it was completely the wrong item. Purchased a Samsung ultra 24 screen and received an old small iPhone screen.
I contacted their returns/ customer service team and this is where the issues have properly started."Lynda" who responded to the emails just repeats the same request over and over despite having had all the information provided more than 3 times. On top of this the return apparently is on me to pay! Despite me flagging I was sent the completely wrong item and the poor customer service. Still ongoing and I have chased several times for responses to emails but Lynda keeps replying asking for the same information over and over again!

I had thought this was Another example of a company deserving ZERO stars and not the positive 1 we are obliged to add to commence a review but as the item eventually arrived, I have grudgingly added a star.

I ordered a phone case at the beginning of the week and 48hr delivery was indicated. I eventually received it 7 days later. It was not traceable via the Royal Mail code I was given, for that reason I suspected that Royal Mail had not been given it for delivery.

The company website suggests you track via an app called 'Shop' which, as far as I can tell is simply a medium for selling you more stuff and harvesting your data.

I wrote to them directly via email and via their 'contact us' portal requesting a refund several times received NO REPLY until the morning of the day it was delivered. I also tried calling them via the phone number quoted on the website - which does not connect and is clearly false.

The company appear to be untraceable but with the majority of these experiences the companies are based in China.

When the item arrived it was not the rigid plastic case I had expected and did not seem to be particularly good value for money. However they were not fraudulent, as I had feared, merely not particularly speedy, efficient, or responsive. So I probably wouldn’t use them again.

Ordered item, claimed it was delivered by Royal Mail and provided no evidence. No apologies, refund or replacement for the customer who has no item and no refund.

I was a bit weary about buying from this company due to so many bad reviews but took the risk anyway.
The phone case was as described, exactly what I needed plus it was delivered very quickly!

I ordered a phone case on 3/5/24 and received order confirmation and tracking reference with RM (48). It is now 15/5 and still have not received the item. I have contacted them regarding the missing item but all I received was an email asking me to wait a further 4 days. I have requested a refund today.
In future I will read reviews before ordering. Sounds like another scam.

Placed order with this company for a phone case for Sony 1 II as my old one had broken.

Got confirmation of shipping shortly after order placing. Royal mail tracking was not working properly but this proved not to be an issue as the case arrived via post promptly a few days after shipment.

Very happy with the quality of the case and fits perfect.

Overall from my personal experience I am very happy with the service, product quality and would buy from this company again.

What a joke this ‘company’ is! Obviously something illegal about them. No response to emails or from contact form. Need to be reported!

No company name or registration on website (illegal). No address. Couldn’t even be bothered to get a logo. Just….don’t.

Purchased two mobile phones hard-back for 19.90 but I received only one.
I wrote three emails regarding the mobile phone hard cases issue today but no response.
I would not buy from the seller again.

Ordered gel phone cover received tracking number supposedly 48hr Royal Mail service. I'm wondering was it 48 days they meant!!!. Not sure how many days it has been now, I've just given up, scammed yet again as they don't reply to my concern via email. Make your own mind up but if I were you, AVOID!!!

Ordered what are two see-through Motorola phone-cases and screen-protectors, which were on offer and a very decent price.

Anticipation was high, prior to receipt of these really awesome mobile-accessories, and generally-speaking I could have done with being in receipt of regular communication in the alleviating of any concerns.

All the same, the items arrived within the duration stated under the shipping details and therefore overall am very pleased.

I have informed yourgadget (twice) and have not even gotten a reply. Stay well clear of this shower of cheats.

waste of money, ordered a watchstrap for garmin venu...the strap they sent is too wide for the face

I bought a mobile phone case which wasn't as expected. They said that I could return it, which I did using Royal Mail's tracked service. I received proof of delivery over a month ago, but they haven't refunded my money and haven't replied to my follow up email. I'll be contacting trading standards to report them.

I finally received my items. I blame royal mail.

Ordered a case . Was told it has been dispatched, a week later still no case the royal mail link does not recognise the tracking number provided by mygadget. AVOID and read the reviews. Lesson has be learnt
