I had a great shopping experience ordering a Bergantino bass cab from Germany.
My questions I emailed were answered even on a monday where the shop is closed by Roberto.
All questions about availability and shipping were answered very fast.
The bass cab arrived 5 days after ordering safely and as described.
So I am a very happy customer and can recommend this online shop.

Tried to make an order for Yamaha LP-7A pedal set at different music shops across the whole EU, wrote 5 emails trying to find someone who would deliver it to me. Made 3 orders in other shops, all of them were cancelled.
Finally, after 3 months of attempts with others, this shop absolutely saved me! They sent me the new one of this rare pedal set (i guess the release year is 2008?) really fast. Love them!

I bought a bass from Yourmusic Roma. Unfortunally it was damaged during shipping. I contacted Roberto in Rome and he tried to find a similar bass.But it was not possible. Even before I had shipped the Bass return the money was back on my account.
I would give 10 stars if possible!!!

This time they would deserve 5+ star. I bought an IBANEZ AZES guitar online and it was beautiful except for an imperfection in the pickguard. Yet, I did not want to sent it back because the instrument plays great (this is actually my 3rd Ibanez - good stuff ). Cutting the long story short, I contacted Stefano at YOURMUSIC and the store staff contacted IBANEZ, who assessed my case and agreed to provide me with a replacement for the faulty part. Kudos to YOURMUSIC and to IBANEZ. And thanks to Stefano who is the real added value and secret weapon of this store. Very serious and kind person.

I bought a markbass gv4 gloxy surf green from this business. The bass was unavailable on thommann for months and this was the only place I could buy it. Delivery from Italy to Ireland was 3 full working days so very fast. Bass arrived in excellent condition and was extremely high quality.

Bought a guitar online with them recently. The communication via email was quick and easy. They packaged the guitar really carefully and it arrived in perfect shape. Would buy again with them. Thank you!

I recommend this store for EU customers.
Some gear prices are even cheaper than from the T-store.

To Nordics they use Postnord via PDP and package arrived quickly, in 8 work days at Christmas season to Finland.

For page translating i used Google Chromes translator, in mobile view.
Later when i tried view on desktop, i saw the flag for changing language in top left of page, but i had managed with translating italian to english so far so i continued do in that that way.

Everything went so fine that i'm going to shop here later too.

Bought the Darkglass Alpha Omega 900 Centurion Limited Edition from the store.
There was no option for shipping to Cyprus and I contacted them via messenger as I really wanted to buy the amp. They messaged me back the next day (I think it was a public holiday) and immediately they checked for prices and put the option to ship it on the website so I could check out. Transaction got messed up a bit but they helped me and cleared the confusion right away. 2 days later my amp arrived, the shipping was kinda brutal as I found half of the air bubbles popped but the amplifier was intact. All in all, I recommend this shop wholeheartedly!

Good service, inexpensive and fast delivery to the Netherlands

I bought a piano Roland FP10 during the lock-down period here in Rome. I called them on Saturday afternoon for more info about stock and delivery times. A very gentle and informative person help me on the phone. I ordered online the same night. On Sunday, next day, they called me to ask for some more information for my delivery. The piano arrived 2 days later on Tuesday as promised.
I would buy there anytime in the future.
Highly recommended!
