The beautiful but elusive flowers that never reached their goal!

Below is an account of correspondents regarding my order.

Thanks for the quick response. I have passed on all of the information to our florist so they will investigate exactly what happened in due course.

I've just gotten in contact with our florist regarding the matter and after contacting the delivery driver they have informed me that they called at the address around midday without a response. The driver then attempted to leave it with a couple of neighbours but nobody answered their door.

Rather than returning to the florists with the arrangement, he decided to leave it at the side of the house as he felt it would be safe, this however doesn't seen to be the case.

Obviously we take full responsibly for this error of judgement and apologise profusely for the sensitive situation you find yourself in. We of course offer to send another arrangement to the address, or other of your choosing. If instead to would like a full refund then we will provide you with one.

Please accept our apologies and let us know how you want to move forward with the matter.

Hi,

My friend just called me from Ireland to let me know she waited in all day for the flowers to be delivered, but they never arrived.

I am extremely disappointed and so let down. My uncle was buried today and those flowers were meant to be left in the church by the coffin last night.

I must now seem like an uncaring person to the rest of the family, those flowers were to represent me as I couldn’t get over to Ireland for the funeral.

The money has been taken from my account, so I would like to know what is going to be done about this matter??????

Bloomin' marvelous

I ordered flowers from the New Baby range for one of my employees, they arrived same day and Victoria was delighted with them stating that they were simply gorgeous. Thank you Yours Florally for a truly fabulous easy to use service, flowers ordered in less than 5 minutes and delivered within hours, Bloomin' marvelous.

Gorgeous flowers and good service

I bought these flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and she loved them. They were delivered early on her birthday, and she still has them a week later. Further, as a customer from the US buying flowers to be delivered to Rahara, Ireland, it was incredibly easy.

Bottom line: I would definitely recommend.

Great Service!

Funeral Flowers were needed for Southern Ireland the next day from England. I was able to confirm this was possible directly on the website. No issues about not having a postcode (unlike other "international" flower delivery companies!). The flowers arrived at the destination despite a very Irish address ie townland name,district & county only and even appeared to be able to be intercepted by the undertaker who we had no details for. Our family firends have since told us the wreath was lovely. Thanks Yours Florally - wish I'd found you sooner!

Outstanding customer service!

I live in Toronto, Canada. I have friends who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary in Ballyjamesduff, Ireland, and I wanted to arrange for flowers to be delivered to them to let them know that my congratulations and best wishes were with them even if I couldn't be. I looked into arranging delivery through a local FTD-affiliated florist in Toronto but the variety and quality of the selection were limited, so I decided to make the arrangements through yoursflorally.com. I was very pleased with the variety of choices available to me, and thrilled that yoursflorally.com arranged for a beautiful bouquet to be delivered right on time and as I requested! I had some challenges providing an accurate delivery address when I made the payment through Paypal (its a Paypal problem), but yoursflorally.com was very responsive and helped me sort that out. Being thousands of miles away, I would have crossed my fingers and hoped for the best, but not when I use yoursflorally.com, they have my every confidence!

very happy

I ordered some flowers for a relative and she was very happy with them. They arrived on time and were nice and fresh. I will definitely be using them again and would not have any trouble recommending them to friends and family.

Very happy with the service and the recipient loved the flowers

It was the only website i could get to deliver flowers on the day I wanted and I was not disappointed, my friend had just suffered a bereavement and I wanted to her to know i was thinking of her, she was really pleased with the flowers when they arrived.
Quick and easy website I was very happy overall with the entire service

Really impressive fast and professional!

I loved that I got an email to confirm delivery of the flowers, and choice to deliver internationally with easy to use site.

I also checked with the recipient and the flower quality was excellent.

I will be using Yours Florally again!

Flowers great, message not so much!!

The most concerning thing for me was that the flowers would arrive on time having ordered them from England and this was carried out in timely fashion and the flowers looked beautiful. My only negative would be when placing the order I was restricted to a certain number of characters for my message. I chopped and changed the message with the only constant being that my name and three kisses would be added to the end. My assumption was that the message was to be typed hence the restriction on the number of characters. I was shocked to find that the card was handwritten, so I dont quite understand the restriction on characters, and both my name and the kisses were missing. I suppose I am just lucky she knew who the flowers were from or it could have turned out a lot worse.

Really good service

very good experience and delivered right on time, which is very rare these days and when i forgot to add a message on the card they emailed me to check to see if i wanted a message on the card , 10/10 thanks guys.
