Excellent!

Got a reply on Sunday evening at 11PM. I wanted to be delivered at a certain our and they took care of it! Even when the delivery location was chance the support was great.

Instead of Orally, Send your Love Florally

INTERNET FLORISTS to send flowers to the B&B we stayed in, and because i had used the Florists on yours florally before ,by phone, i thought i'd give them a try, and I wasn't disappointed, ,they sent them the next day and ,The recipient put a picture of them on Facebook so I could see them , and they were much more better than I thought they;d be ,
I will be using this firm in future for all my Flowers, and the Prices weren't bad either ,

fabulous service, and the flowers were perfect. thankyou.

after a couple of emails because i had not given the correct information the flowers were delivered at the time we had agreed on, no delays for my mistakes. there are not many companies who would have done this without incurring delayed delivery. the flowers were absolutely first class and i have no hesitation in recommended yours florally ltd to anyone who wants flowers. thankyou for your service.

Disappointed with the flowers that were delivered - requested orange and got yellow!

Flowers were ordered for a very special friend's 40th birthday - she lives in Ireland, I live in Australia.
Chose the "Daisy Drop" arrangement under "orange/peach" section of the website.
When flowers were delivered there wasn't one single orange/peach flower to be seen!
I understand that the arrangement may not necessarily be exactly the same as shown on the website, but I would expect the colour choice to be correct!!!

The arrangement my daughter received looked funereal.

On your website it looked to me like I was ordering a bouquet for my daughter for her birthday. However, the arrangement she received looked funereal. Her co-workers asked her who died? She removed the flowers from the arrangement and stuck them in a vase.

I appreciated being able to send flowers to her on her birthday from another country.

Amazing Quality & Service

The flowers arrived on time & we're beautiful! Exactly what I asked for! I even got a personal phone call on the day of to ask if I wanted a message with the flowers & to inform me they'd be delivered.

Professional and I would use them again

We sent flowers to Ireland and did not realize it was a holiday there. They e-mailed us back and explained the situation and gave us options of when we could send the flowers and made recommendations telling letting us know when the freshets flowers would be available.

Superb customer service from start to finish, over and above expectations!

Little things go wrong in business all the time, its how you deal with it that makes the difference, and YourFlorally stood out head and shoulders above the rest. In these world weary times its refreshing to see customer service equal that of the bygone days when business was always a personal experience. On top of all this, the flowers were beautiful and still blooming a week later!

Excellent service excellent quality

I have used this company to send flowers to my mum from england to southern ireland twice now and we had on both occasions excellent customer service whilst ordering and prompt next day delivery. the quality of the flowers delivery were of a very high standard and will defiantly be using them again in the near future,

NOT EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR

to be honest, the whole transaction with yoursflorally was fine and the flowers i ordered were delivered on time. however, i ordered a bunch of 12 flowers, and there were only 7 in it. also they were supposed to be multicoloured and the ones i received were all a cerise pink colour. i picked them specifically for the colours shown on the website as a birthday gift for my mum as these are her favourite, so i was disappointed to recieve something altogether different from what i had ordered. also, no big deal but non the less, despite putting my full name and address on the order, the address on the card was completely wrong. thankfully they did make it to our house but little things like this were noticeable. nice flowers, but not what i wanted so i think id have to say i wouldnt use the company again

I am very sorry that you have not been happy with our service. I would really like to assure you that we did everything we could to deliver the flowers as requested. As regards the name and address on the card being your address, that was the details provided to us in the order. We emailed you to confirm if this was correct (the name and address of the recipient was the same as the billing address). We also tried to call you on the number you provided but the number did not work. I am very sorry Anna, but we did try our best to contact you.

As regards the flowers not being what you had chosen. Again, we apologise that the bouquet did not match exactly what you requested, however I assure you that the quality was excellent, and the value of the flowers were the same. Sometimes, we have to make substitutions when flowers are either not in season, or fresh enough so that they last for our guaranteed 7 days.

I hope that you will afford us another chance to prove that we are committed to providing a premium flower delivery service, and that we really do value your opinions and you, as a customer.
