Professional quality service.

Ordered flowers for my wife on Valentines day. The order process was simple and my wife was delighted with the lovely flowers. Would have no hesitation is using Yours Florally again. Well done.

great advice and super service

Owner noted my message was not related to a specific event and contacted me to suggest waiting to the following day in order to send the freshest possible flowers!

Great service, great flowers - highly recommended!

Super service and very good value

I thought I'd left it too late to get a delivery but Yours Florally came up trumps and made an elderly aunt very happy! It was very straight forward to place the order and very good value. Thank you very much.

Terrible Service

Their drivers don't have GPS or smart phones....... They charged me a delivery fee for non-delivered flowers. Yours Florially let me down. Buyer beware!

Hi Peter

Thank you for your review, however I do feel it is a bit harsh!

The original delivery address you provided to us was incorrect so we tried to contact the recipient to confirm the correct address. The recipients telephone number however, did not work which left us in an impossible position.

We require telephone numbers for our delivery drivers as many of the addresses we deliver to are very remote, and GPS can sometimes not work. Also, GPS works best if the address you are entering in the first place is the correct address.

We invested a lot of time and effort trying to deliver your order on a very busy Christmas Eve. We did do our best, but as the address was incorrect it made our job very difficult so charging for attempted deliveries we thought, was reasonable under the circumstances.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and I am very sorry your experience with us has not been positive on this occasion.

not what I ordered

I ordered 13 stem white roses and when I got to mums house and saw lillies and crysanthenums I was extremely disappointed as I know she doesn't like either! Great birthday present NOT! To have her think I ordered what I knew she didn't like so I had to show her the website so she could see what I actually ordered.

I am very sorry that you were not happy with the flowers you ordered from us on the 19th of December. I also apologise sincerely to your Mum as well. I can assure you that the value of the arrangement was the same but unfortunately, as it was a very busy time over the Christmas period our flower supplier could not provide us with all the flowers we needed and therefore, we had to make a substitution.

We were unaware that your Mum disliked lilies and crysanths, so with hindsight we should have called you first to check.

Please accept a 15% discount voucher as an apology from Yours Florally. I know how special Mums are so I hope she understands that it was our fault and not yours.

I hope that you will use us again in the future, as we really do value your support.

Beautiful flowers, delivered on time...what more do you want?

The flowers were pretty pricey, but then again there are few options for this kind of service so in that sense you're getting what you paid for. The recipient was delighted so no complaints at all and I would definitely recommend this service to a friend. Takes the hassle out of buying and choosing flowers.

Yours florally is very easy to access and use and the prompt service and price is excellent.

I ordered a beautiful well priced bouquet of flowers to be delivered to a rural location in Ireland (that inter flora couldn't deliver to ) on a Tuesday night and they were delivered Thursday dinner time to the delight and surprise of the recipient. Excellent service, fair and well priced products. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend yours florally to anyone.

Fantastic, beautiful, arrived on time!

Who in this day and age, takes the trouble to actually look at the order and realise that Paypal had made a mistake and that the address of the delivery is the same as the address of the buyer? Who then thinks to ring said buyer to check this is correct? Who then arranges the most beautiful bunch of flowers and gets them sent on time for the funeral of my lovely friend? Florally Ltd. That is! I absolutely recommend them! They are FAB!!!

Last Minute Order Delivered On Time

Booked a delivery at 4pm last week for a next day delivery. I thought it may have been a bit late in the day but I received a call from the recipient the next day telling me they were thrilled with the flower which had just arrived.

The website also sent a notification to me confirming the delivery which in the case of slightly less enthusiastic recipients will always let you know they have been delivered!

Almost perfect! - speed of service great though

Unfortunately didn't get to see them myself but Mum say's the flowers were wonderful. I was a little disappointed however that they did not arrive in a Basket as ordered - they were in a celophane wrapper bouquet style!!!.

Would still use and recommend the service though

WOW one very happy Mother

Its not easy to impress the older ones as we all know. Well, be assured that the flowers you buy will exceed your expectations. My Mother said these were the nicest flowers we had ever sent her and they were actually the least expensive and easiest to buy online. Can't praise Yours Florally Ltd enough. Job well done. In these days when every penny counts its great to know that a Company like this exists. If you are wondering if its safe to buy flowers online, stop hesitating.

Great Customer Service

I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend in Galway, Ireland and I live in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. It was such an easy process to order online and communicate by email. I had specific requests and the customer service was prompt and friendly and helpful. My friend received her flowers and thinks they are gorgeous. Well done! Thank you!

Dissapointing special moment.

Only using the online system to place the order for a friend that was experiencing a hard time I placed my order for next day delivery. The appropriate moment to deliver. Over 10 hours later was when I was informed of the banking holiday. I also paid additional for next day service which was never returned. When using the calendar to choose my delivery date, days of non delivery where marked, Sunday but not the bank holiday.

Thank you for your comments. I am sorry that you have not been completely satisfied with our service, and I assure you that we always try our very best to deliver your special thoughts to loved ones for all our customers. We received your order at 6.45am on Sunday 27th November and because of our opening hours, we could not respond to you until the next morning at 9am, hence the 10 hours notification that you mentioned.

As regards the bank holiday, it was a bank holiday in the South of Ireland but not in the North of Ireland on the 28th of October. Therefore, we could deliver orders in Northern Ireland and that's why we did not blank that date out from the calender.

However, I do accept your point, and it is something that I will raise with our website providers to see if we can avoid this happening again. Also, the next day delivery charge would have been the same whether your order was delivered on the Monday or the Tuesday. I hope this explains why it has not been returned.

Thank you again for you comments, we really do value your thoughts on our service and I hope this will not stop you from using us again in the future.
