Payments taken with no authorisation and no response from customer services, terrible company do not purchase from them

I do like their product but their costumer service is the worst. I have received an expired product and they claimed they sent me a new one. Never shipped, never arrived, they no longer respond to emails.

I placed an order with Yoursuper in April 2022. I received my order timely. After trying the product I suffered a spike in my Blood Pressure right away. It took me a few days to pinpoint that my BP issue was caused by these protein powders. I immediately stopped using the product once I figured it out per my doctor's orders. I wrote to the company about my experience, a couple of times actually with no response at all. I was very disappointed in lack of Customer Service. I spent my money in support of a business. I had a horrible experience and reported it and nothing. No acknowledgement at all. I can only speak about my personal experience and it wasn't good. I wouldn't recommend this company or their product. Yoursuper sucks!

I brought the superwoman bundle and o also have allergies (wheat etc) so this looked perfect for me, every time I. Have the products I get terrible stomach pain, I thought maybe I was putting to much into my smoothie, turns out it’s just a terrible and expensive product, I’m gutted 😞

First time ordering from your super I got tracking straight away and was a fast process with shipping.

Second time i got email that it shipped I never received tracking…a week later still no word. Going on 3 days now that I emailed your super for tracking information and received no reply.

This is the 3rd time ordering from Yoursuper....the product seems to be good but it takes way too long to get the order in the mail. The owner needs to lower prices and send products through FedEx or UPS....instead the product is sent via USPS and it takes weeks to receive the order.

The products are fantastic. They taste great, they are high-quality, and they work. However, they are a bit overpriced. I guess you pay for quality, but when you want to buy a few of them every month it gets quite expensive! On the other hand, I have tons of so-called points, and it is IMPOSSIBLE TO REDEEM.

I suffer with heavy periods and terrible PMS due to hormonal imbalance. After just one week of trying the moon balance product my period was due and I just cannot believe the difference ! My flow is quite normal and I haven't suffered as I normally would . After just one week ?! 🙉Tastes nice too I mix it into a yoghurt every morning . I will continue to buy this amazing product and highly recommend!

I ordered the Detox Bundle and I truly love this product. The recipes for smoothies are delicious and the detox plan is easy to follow. I'm on day three and I'm feeling great. The first thing I noticed was that- save for my first-morning cup, I don't crave coffee at all, even though I'm a coffee addict. I've slept better for the past few nights. I'm happy I bought it, after thinking about it for a while and I can see it becoming a part of my daily routine. Overall- I'm supper happy and will repurchase!

So, firstly they didn't send me my order for a month. I was trying to reach them for 2 weeks on phone/e-mails and still no answer... Just after that, they finally answered and I have received my order one week later.

Now, it's been one month and I just noticed that they CHARGED me TWICE (second time even more) for the SAME ORDER.

I have used a couple of yoursuper products before and I really liked them.
So this time I ordered the super woman bundle.
When the parcel arrived 2 tubs had a sticker with batch number and expiry date stuck to the bottom of the tubs (across where the expiry date normally is)
On peeling the stickers off, one tub expired August 21 and one October 21.
I emailed customer services and asked for new products with an adequate expiry to be send out, thinking it was maybe a warehouse issue and giving the company the benefit of the doubt.
Was I wrong. Customer services informed me that a third party evaluated their products and said they could extend expiry a couple of month. I could either consume the product or return for a refund.
On pointing out that products are in any case expired since 5 and 3 months and that the updating of expiry dates should be part of new production and not be handled by covering dates with stickers (consumer protection laws and all) I was told to return products but that they would not cover postage.
So basically they send expired products, refer you to some shady third party investigation, contradict themselves and then want you to return at your own cost. Avoid!!

I honestly do not understand the bad reviews. The products are honest, good and tastefull. I think the people who don't like it are used too sweeteners/artificial flavouring and also have done no research on the brand itself (it's an honest company). I have had superpowders before that tasted bad.. at yoursuper they taste good because they really seem to now how to balance the taste of the powders (without using unhealthy ingrediënts).
Unfortunately I had a bad reaction on one of the superfoods. This happens rarely, but can happen.. every body is different and reacts in a different way. It's your body trying to tell you something, not the other way around.The customer service was really helpfull and understanding.

Bought one of the bundles and it is great!!!! I am real sensitive to additives and their products are pure. Amazing how this has help my husband and I from the gut to the brain. Everyone is different so give it time and remember you are what you eat or drink.

I'm really sad to read all these negative reviews. I ordered Magic Mushroom and the chocolate one and I love them! Like a hug in a mug. Someone mentioned the 'slurry' at the bottom of the cup, well duh! that's because they are not mixed with all sorts of additives and emulsifiers. Things that dissolve completely usually have tons of nasties in them. Also, someone else mentioned the taste of the matcha mix. Have you tried Matcha tea from elsewhere? It IS disgusting! I think the Your Super Matcha mix actually makes it almost palatable.
So I would say, back off people. If you have a stomach upset and feel sick on a train, it could be from a number of different causes. Why immediately jump to the conclusion that it is caused by a product you just bought? Your very negative reviews are damaging someone's business.
In my opinion, the powders from Your Super are great, if a little pricey. Enjoy!

Please don’t be tricked like I was by their promising commercial! I made my order on August and by accident I just looked the expired date! It seems like all a ok my products have different expire dates and one was already expired on March 2021!

Having purchased Moon Balance after reading great reviews I started taking it along with my regular protein shake. After 2 days I ended up with a yeast infection. I haven’t had a yeast infection in 15 years. I read up on the ingredients and one of the main ingredients Maca can cause this.

The customer service was great but I think people should know that this happened to me, because had I known I wouldn’t have ever started taking it. I believe it’s better for menopausal women, but for me at 36 I had the worst yeast infection I have ever had.

I received a full refund, quickly and efficiently and the customer team were lovely. It’s just a shame that this product doesn’t necessarily suit everyone.

It's a shame that this company uses so much fake 5-star reviews.

However I want to take the time to write an honest one, as i have an okay experience with the detox kit, moon balance and magic mushroom.

Truth is, most of the mixes don't taste good. But the detox program helped me to nourish my body and my intestines started to work again, where before everything in my belly was just stuck and hard.

The price is a bit high for what you get , especially for the detox kit. But my overall experience was good.

I've never left a review for a product/experience, so this is my first time but I thought it would be worth it to save other people from my experience. I had a tub of the plant collagen and felt OK with it, but with my second tub I started to feel horrendous and sick, to the point that I had to get off the tube early as I thought I was going to throw up, and felt dizzy as well. The company make it difficult to receive any compensation for feeling as awful as I did, they also require you to send the used products back, and you have to pay for returns yourself?! As I'm in the UK and they were asking me to return the products to Germany that would cost probably about the same to ship, compared to how much I would get refunded - I would avoid.

As a Yours Super customer for several years, I will praise their products that are authentic and amazing. The Founders Kristel & Michael are professional genuine young people who since 2018 made it possible for millions of people to live a healthier life.
