Terrible taste

I bought a detox mix for one week for 100 dollars. Spend a lot of money to buy all the ingredients for smoothies.
And my first smoothie was awful. I used green protein mix, yellow mix and skinny protein. I could manage to finish a smoothie because the taste was very strong and bitter. I would recommend ordering samples before buying them. I don't think that I am going to continue the detox week because it tastes terrible.

Harassing adds

If you just go on their website you open a door you don’t want to open. I was on the website and wanted to order some products. But at the end I didn’t. Now I am bombarded with adds every day for months ! Just in the last 30min, I saw the 2 of them. I had enough and complained and wrote as well on social media. I didn’t get a response or help by now but they were very quick (20seconds) in stopping me writing comments on Facebook or Instagram. Lovely how they respect freedom of expression !

terrible

terrible. spent almost 100 euro on a few mixes, they dont blend in. so, for example magic mushroom in coffee leaves you with slurry in your cup, felt horrible after just a few smoothies, gave up. Also, after packaging complaints, of not being full, i shook mine up very well before opening just to see, and they were not even 3/4 full. last thing, the constant emails and advertising is obnoxious. BIG NO.

Not worth it

I ordered a few products to try them and they taste good (Magic Mushroom on granola, Forever Beautiful in smoothies, etc) but they are extremely overpriced for something that cannot really have major health benefits. If you already eat well, these are not going to have any benefits you can see or feel, in my experience. If you can afford it and like the taste, enjoy, but I don't think it's worth it. And they are very, very pushy with advertising and trying to get you to subscribe, which is a big turnoff for me.

Too much advertising! Hard selling!

The products look and sound great but why do I see your adverts everywhere? It’s really annoying. Stop bugging people to buy your products 50 times a day on YouTube. You are on nearly every advert. It’s really irritating. You just come across as your hard selling and desperate to get your products sold. Secondly, they are too overpriced. What percentage of the product is used for advertising? And what is the actual percentage spent on quality ingredients for your products? I think the reason why you charge so much for your products is because most of it is going on advertising. It always make me wary when companies do this.

I like this company

I like this company. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. It's clear what you're buying. If you introduce something new to your diet especially the Super Greens, you will have a jump start to your digestive system and need to go to the loo, but that's just until your body gets used to it. I love the fact I can consume all my Vitamin A and C by just taking a tsp or two of powder over my avocado or oats.

The only thing that I think about (and I've messaged the company about this), there is an identical company called superu. They have the same website, same story, similar branding, similar products. It's weird. One has to have copied the other and I don't know why one company isn't suing. They are both legitimate companies, I researched them both. When I told yoursuper, they replied and said they know about this company but the ingredients are different. I appreciated their acknowledgment, but if I were yoursuper I would not be happy with a copycat!

Thumbs up from me!

I had fast and efficient customer service when I contacted them and am now enjoying the 4 tubs I purchased!
Only just started, so nothing drastic to report but I love adding Forever Beautiful and Energy Bomb to my morning porridge and then the Power Matcha to a smoothie!
The best tasting is Forever Beautiful in my mind. Power Matcha has a strong seaweed taste but works well with a cucumber, lemon, turmeric and apple smoothie! 👍🏼

DO NOT BUY AND DO NOT BE FOOLED BY…

DO NOT BUY AND DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THEIR ‘30-Day Money Back Guarantee’.

I ordered five tubs of YourSuper powders (two for myself and three for my daughter) as we were both feeling drained and so tired but don’t believe in using sugar or caffeine as a pick-me-up.

YourSuper powders appealed to me as they claimed to have only five ingredients in both their Super Powders and show big pictures of the five ingredients in both their Power Matcha and Energy Bomb (both of which I ordered) such as, Matcha, Moringo, Maca, Wheatgrass, Barleygrass and then claim: ‘Yes! That’s all!’ Exclamation marks and underlining is used to emphasise that that truly is all the ingredients they use, but, both Power Matcha and Energy Bomb contain caffeine which I am very sensitive to and would never have even considered buying if they had been honest enough to include in their list of ingredients.

Due to there being caffeine in their products my sleep pattern (which is rubbish at the best of times and why I avoid caffeine and too much sugar) was so disrupted that I suffered for over a week. I emailed company and received a reply which left me feeling angry and when I replied to that email informing them of their underhand advertising...I’ve heard no more from them: despite emailing them back a few times.

I’ve also returned four of the five tubs of powders for a refund under their ‘30-Day Money Back Guarantee’. Parcel was tracked and I know they received it on the 25th of November 2020 but they have not acknowledged receiving my parcel nor have I received a credit to my bank account from them for a refund. So, I imagine that they’ve probably just re-used my order and sent out to their next customer!

Just been on their website and, funnily enough, I can no longer find single tubs of Power Matcha or Energy Bomb! Hmmm! I wonder why?

Please, please, please! Save your money as in my experience, which cost me over £100, they are NOT an honest and trustworthy company.

Highly recommend

Fortunately, I have not had any problems with customer service as of yet. Also, after 5 days of using these products in my smoothies, my energy has more than doubled and I lost 5 pounds in a week. I was already eating well but have been lacking energy since I hit my 40’s and have struggled to lose weight. I love the taste of their powders. Much better vegan protein than I have found anywhere else.

Dangerous lack of transparency

I think this company probably has good intentions, and is doing something good in the world with their business model. But the problem is that they really market themselves as a transparent business, saying that their supply chain and ingredients are completely transparent and trustworthy compared to other superfood companies. They emphasize that all their products are tested by an independent third-party laboratory for safety and potency. But when you ask questions like- how much arsenic is found in your Plant Collagen, which contains rice bran solubles (known to contain high levels of dangerous arsenic), they say they are unwilling to share those numbers, but to rest assured that they would never sell a product that Michael and Kristel wouldn't use themselves. I honestly don't understand why we should feel all warm and fuzzy about a "third party" and "independent" lab testing their products, when we still have to "take their word for it" on the results of said tests. If I'm taking "YourSuper's" word for it, then what's the point of outside tests? Just do the tests in house if we aren't going to be privy to the unbiased results. If you go as far as to make it sound like the results are unbiased, but you don't share the results, then your advertisements of transparency are false. For a company that is marketing to people who are trying to improve their health, not being transparent about serious and valid concerns of products that consistently contain high levels of arsenic, is a very shady way to do business.

I have looked into a variety of other superfood companies. There are some that operate in the same way (claiming to have third party testing done, but unwilling to share the results), and there are also companies who have third party testing done, and offer to send results to anyone who asks for them. So it is possible, and there is precedent for sharing this information with customers. This leads me to believe that companies like YourSuper which do not share their test results are not operating with the highest level of transparency, and thus should not mislead customers by claiming to be such.

This is just one example of several issues with transparency that I had with this company. In the end, I am returning the products I ordered because I cannot be certain that they are safe longterm.

Moon Balance and a strong stomach

Moon Balance is a dreadful tasting product and absolutely not how it is described on the website.
I believe whilst some of these products might be beneficial, the manner in which they are marketed is disingenuous.

I prefer dealing with a company who would tell me that their product tasted like dirt - not one who passes it off as tart lemonade. Proceed with caution or a very strong stomach.
