bad customer service
We had all new windows and doors fitted just before the first lockdown. Dans work was very good initially but then he had two men finish the work off and it wasn,t the same standard. for 18months now we have tried to contact Dan and he will not return our calls. I have lost count how many times and different ways I tried to contact him. One of the windows has condensation inside. Eventually my other half got to speak to him and Dan said he would arrange for the manufactures to replace it this was 6 months ago at least. Just dont except any warranty for later on if you use this company

Very disappointed was great when Dan first came out and gave quote and confirmed go ahead but then there was lack of communication about when the work would start failed to respond to telephone calls, texts or emails wasted over 2 months of our time. Didn't do any work because you didn't respond to us even though we called, emailed and texted wasted our time thought you must have ceased trading

New house front & rear doors

I can't thank Dan enough for the lovely composite front door we had fitted by him. It looks great and has transformed the look of our home. He turned up at the time he said he would (a rarity these days I find). Also he left everywhere clean and tidy and a very neat job well done. I would recommend yoxall windows. I shall certainly use them again in the future.
