Delayed refunds
I ordered 3 dresses they send 2 and said the 3rd had been refunded and i sent 1 back - they took forever to refund the one i sent back and had to ask again for the one they didn't send. Beware.

Really loved the look of the dress… is slightly longer than I hoped.
Really loved the look of the dress. I couldn’t find any information about the actual length of the dress and being 5ft4in I thought that if it was too long I would be able to turn it up. Unfortunately because it is a full skirt and there is no hem as such I am unable to shorten it and having asked at professional tailors they are unable to do it either. I would only want a couple of inches off… but I still love the dress and will just have to wear it as is. It’s not on the floor but it is just above my ankles.

Lovely dress
It was easy to order, the garment arrived on time and looked exactly the same as the photo..
The dress was lovely, the material was gorgeous and it felt comfortable on.
Unfortunately it didn't fit me and I had to send it back.

My purchase was sent to wrong address it was returned back to sender.
I am still waiting to hear back from Yumi to refund me as I needed this dress for holiday and that has not been possible. So I have requested a refund as I’m not happy with the outcome. I’m still waiting for a response

Elegant and high quality dress
The dress is stunning. The quality, style and fabric are 5 stars, colour is very elegant green, not too bright and not too dark, the flowery pattern looks beautiful. The skirt is much fuller and longer than in the photo, I'm 165cm and it was dragging on the floor even in heels. Perfect for any elegant summer occasion.
Unfortunately, the dress is not for me - the full skirt and high waist were unflattering and with a heavy heart I had to send it back.

Awful! Refund process is a joke. No QR code provided to return item. Had to pay for return postage. Customer service said restock fee would be waived but was charged. Over £10 out of pocket for items that have been returned. The dark side of internet shopping.
