Fraud

Fraud, charges unneeded subscriptions, and need to call them to cancel.

Even after confirming the cancellation, they charged.

Worst Service.

Worst Service.
I paid for subscription but the channel ask me to subscribe again when I try to access it.

I try to call the customer care number of europe 33-182-886-238 and that never rings.

No option in the app to cancel the subscription.

They can not store card details without the visibility access for the users.

Avoid at any cost

Avoid at any cost, very poor service. No easy way of cancelling and they keep ripping you off monthly for subscription for the service that doesn’t exist.
2 months of chasing, still unable to cancel.

Total rip off!

Total scam!! No option to cancel the service from the Account page. Need to call their team or raise a request to cancel. Are we in 2023? The web app doesn't even work. Had to install the mobile app for the app to work. Pathetic product and customer service.

Very poor service and it seems only.. but all good now

Very poor service and it seems only after giving them a review here in trust pilot do they seem to care.
My case number is 245141, it has been more than 24 hours but there is no response,
I even tweeted about the concern and case number there is no response.

The company so money minded that they just don’t have time to attend to customer concerns and I also think they should use trust pilot as a ticketing system instead of their of own.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. It is a waste since they are only concerned about hogging on the money and not giving 2 fks for the customer.

Everything is merry , yes they responded late, but it was a minor issue, I was suppose to go to some other ui- which the support team on twitter guided me - so to be fair, I updated the review here

very poor customer service.
half the channel doesn't work.
You cannot cancel even when their app doesn't support your TV.
i would not recommend this at all. waste of money

I just bought a cricket package

I just bought a cricket package, and now YUPP tv is haunting me to do a renuval and pay AGAIN for the cricket packade . I have an offer with 119 its for EVERYBODY. its with cricket included, wich i already paid for. so i asked if they can refund the 24.99 and then make a renuwal because its fraud to charge me for a package 2 weeks ago and now forcing me to do a renuwal with cricket included. But they are VERY Agressiv and forcing me to buy the renuwal for 144.00 with sonyTv wich i dont want. fraud fraud fraud! i have never met a company forcing customer to pay TWICE for the same package!

Total scam

I recently subscribed for a monthly subscription and sent an email to cancel it after one month. It's been over 2 months since I informed them by email and still getting charged on my credit card every month. This is an absolute scam and I do not recommend at all. No support, invalid phone numbers, and payments are deducted on time.

Paid for the World Cup package

Paid for the World Cup package. Could not log back in within an hour. Their service phone numbers are not active. They did not send any OTP to my phone. I can not recover my password and customer service via email has no response.

Paid for the World Cup package

Paid for the World Cup package. Could not log back in within an hour. Their EU service phone numbers are not active. They did not send any OTP to my phone. I can not recover my password and customer service via email has no response.

However, they do reply, respond and act only to the trustpilot reviews. I now have the package I paid for!

YuppTV consider: Customer First principal

My experience with YuppTV subscription and their support has been quite disappointing. I opted for a one-year subscription to watch the ICC Cricket World Cup, but to my dismay, there was no specific plan for the World Cup alone. I ended up paying 120 Euros for the subscription.

My intention was to watch the India-Pakistan match on my Fire TV, which I purchased just 30 minutes before the game. Unfortunately, the service didn't work when I needed it the most. Despite shelling out 120 Euros, I missed one of the most important matches. I spent a frustrating two hours in a live chat with their support, primarily with a representative named Prudhvi (21 oct 2023).

In the end, their support team's conclusion was that I should contact Fire TV support or my internet service provider (ISP). They suspected that my Wi-Fi was connected to an Indian VPN, causing the issue. However, I demonstrated that both my Wi-Fi and mobile hotspot had European IP addresses, while YuppTV's app on Fire TV was sending an Indian IP. This suggests a bug in their Fire TV app.

Interestingly, the YuppTV app worked flawlessly on the mobile app and an LG OLED TV connected to the same Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, the support team couldn't help me cancel my subscription or obtain a refund. I even requested a live video session to debug the issue together, but they denied my request.

This entire experience with YuppTV's customer support was frustrating and unhelpful. I shared my ordeal with friends and family, and none of them had positive reviews to share either. I've now found an alternative solution, and I've informed everyone I know about it, and they plan to switch as well.

YuppTV, if you want to retain your customers, you need to seriously improve your customer service. Otherwise, the day might not be too far when you'll have to reconsider your business's viability.

Yupp TV Worst support

Worst support I've seen so far. We are based in Germany and none of the support contact numbers work for Germany / EU work. We paid for the world cup package and credentials don't work.
Cant reset password as otp is not sent to the mail. Reaching out to support email also doesnt help

Cheaters, not a real business

They simply cheat
I paid for yearly subscription and soon after removed z tv channels and sun tv channels. Those were the channels they sold me the subscription upon.

They simply are a cheat.

Now they want me to pay more money for the same removed channels. I’m pretty sure they will remove those channels after getting the money.

They don’t even have the decency to refund the subscription when the channels are removed

Stay away for your sanity
