They charged me twice the same order. I contacted them immediately after the 2 confirmation e-mails, asking to cancel & refund one. They assured me that only 1 order was formalised. Next day I realised they had recorded 2 identical orders under preparation on their site. I complained and insisted on refund. They said order already departed. Plain lie, as the status was still "in preparation". They told me to accept one and refuse the second package at delivery. They charged and sent same order twice. YR typed WRONG my address (I verified I had given correct address on YR website). I advised them to fix address tag or contact courier but no use, YR played deaf ears AGAIN. 3 days ago, the courier could not find my house but still marked 1st package "delivered". (Not sure wether he took the chance to steal.) Today 2nd courier called and delivered 2nd package in hand. 2 ORDERS CHARGED, BUT ONLY ONE DELIVERED! Now I PAID TWICE for the same items! Still no proper nor reasonable reply from YR Spain. Always copy-paste. No reading skills. They are useless. They are trashing a formerly good brand. They mastered TURNING CUSTOMERS FROM LOVE TO HATE. Really sad.

I am utterly disappointed of two things: first, the quality of the goods (I always ordered shower gels) has become simply terrible, they smell like cheap chemicals (especially cocos and vanilla) and went down the toilet.
I was simply scared to get cancer out of using these chemical on my skin.

The worst is that I got a fine of not paying the invoice and charged 100 dkk extra, BUT I DID NOT GET ANY INVOICE. It is very difficult to pay something that you haven't got!
I see in the reviews that I am not the only one with fines like that, so it looks like SCAM to me.

Summing up: quality decreased dramatically! Shower gels simply smell dangerous.
Customer service does not exist.
Please think twice before order - it is NOT the same Yves Rocher it was years ago.

Good products, good prices but slow delivery. I have waited about 10 days and my order still did not arrive and according to customer service it might take another 5-10 days before it arrives.

YvesRocher is great, but Bring used as courier is really bad. I still have not received my package!

I used Yves Rocher products in Canada for over 20 years. I found the order I just received in Denmark has much less fragrance which to me was disappointing as I love scents in bath products and is why I chose Yves Rocher. But apart from that, the delivery was prompt and excellent.
