I honestly believe that most people writing here are just paid by the competition to give bad ratings. I ordered from Zalando Lounge at least 30 times so far and only once had problems with an item being delivered. It was the case that it got damaged during the transport and DPD (delivering company) decided to send it back to them, as it is not their policy to deliver damaged goods. I explained the situation to the Zalando Lounge staff, they cleared the matter with DPD, and I was fully refunded in less than one week (plus got a 10% discount voucher for the following order). Everything is genuine and the brands are indeed as advertised. Some of them have a code attached, which you can check online on the brand's website. They matched all the time. And btw, I don't normally write reviews for sites, but what I read here was absolute bs!
Top brand items or items at a reasonable price reserved a second after sale opens
I have bought few things from Zalando lounge and it's always arrived in due time. What I complain about is that as soon as an event opens all the good stuff at affordable prices are all gone! Example: today they had a Versace sales coming on at 7am, as soon as it opened for sales all good stuff was gone and I was on their app at 7am sharp but couldn't buy anything I wanted as all become reserved as the sales open! i have tried several times with a lot of their sales but everytime same story, all good things at reasonable prices get reserved a micro second after sales open! So I've come to think that they use a bot to reserve all stuff from top brands at affordable prices so customers think is because they entered the sale late but is not true, u will never be able to buy top luxuries from top brands at bargain prices because they don't exist, they use it to lure consumers to their sale so they can sell them the expensive ones intead!! This said, the quality of their product is far inferior than what u buy on Zalando normal! I bought an Alexandra McQueen sunglasses, Levi's trousers, converse shoes and some more, all these had very bad quality! The sunglasses broke after a few use, the trousers, even though branded Levi's, the quality has nothing to do with the Levi's I know and same for converse! Don't get me wrong, they also have some quality stuff but is just not the top brands, those are of bad quality very bad! In fact I stopped buying from Zalando lounge, is a waste of money! Just buy from the sister site Zalando cuz on the lounge is just a fake discount! The only quality thing bought at good price was a pair of DC shoes which were really top quality, apart from that all bad quality!!!
EMPTY BOX NO REFUND - DISGUSTING
I ordered ray ban sunglasses on zalando sister company zalando lounge. Please do not buy from this site. This is such a scam.
First of all, I received an EMPTY BOX. They keep emailing me questions and wouldn't refund me money. I opened a paypal case and after 1 month of waiting I received an email from paypal they require a POLICE REPORT and I have 10 days to retrieve it.
Police report can cost all lot of money (posibly more than glasses) and I need more time to get a police report.
I don't believe I will ever get a refund for a glasses I never got.
This is not a consumer friendly company, DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CONSUMERS and will drain many hours trying yo get a refund.
Secondly, most of the things they carry are items from last collections and some of the item were never even sold at RRP they advertise.
Please stay away!

Tried calling customer service number and the number is not contactable AT ALL. Judging by all complaints this company is utter FRAUD. Will be contacting action fraud about this company. DISGUSTING!!
Illegal sales activities.
We ordered a light grey suit and a Cendrillon white gold ring with diamond but surprisingly, the diamond ring box was EMPTY. I sense some illegal activities, because if there isn't; there should have been one employee to check that the item is really inside its box before shipping. My wife has been waiting for the ring for ages. We have now decided to make a Police report about it, since such act is not acceptable here in Finland and an immediate refund should be made first before some unreasonable investigation. Their delivery times are also always many weeks longer than the promised period. Very poor customer service having around 10% well-behaved and 90% extremely rude personnel.

Guys lets all chill. I think zalando lounge is brilliant. Ordered a couple of times already and am super happy. Of course when order from them one must be aware that it will take considerable amount of time to arrive but honestly the deals they have are the best i have seen in a long time. Genuine brands. Awesome prices. Just be quick as it all sells out quickly. And dont believe in fast delivery. It will just take few weeks to arrive but totally worth the wait.

I have bought a total of 6 items and only one arrived. The delivery slip attached to the box specifies all six items have been delivered. Called Zalando Lounge and customer service was very polite and assured me they will find what happened to the items and send them to me. But what's the point? Have been waiting for at least 6 weeks for items, have paid in advance, and no one knows what happened, only that they were supposed to be delivered in one parcel. Won't be buying again.
Taking money from my account twice
Do not order from this vompany they took payments out of my bank for the exact same amounts, contacted them gave me some rubbish reason, pathetic, this is unethical and wrong and confirmed by my bank who said they should refund immediately. Contacted these again telling me they can't do anything it's automatic, I asked to speak with a supervisor/ managed non available very convenient. I am out of pocket basically this is theft from my account and was told by the first customer service that this does happen and they can't do anything it's disgraceful. Basically shop at your own risk you've been warned.
wrong item sent, refuse to send correct one
Sent me the wrong item, they refuse to send me the correct one. It's their mistake yet I'm the one being punished - no money and no goods. Apparently their 'business model' doesn't allow sending correct items in case of a mistake - ie taking customer's money but not sending goods.
Their deliver times are also random - some things take a few days, some a few months.
There is absolutely no excuse for this level of shoddy service. If you cant be bothered to serve your paying customers, close your shop.
I wonder what the UK regulators think of this....
Terrible Service
Terrible Service. Sent the wrong size shoes then said that it was an error so compensated me with a 5% voucher code to use within 2 months. Having decided upon two pairs of jeans the discount code unfottunatley did not work meaning that I needed to contact customer services to revolve this. During this timeframe the items left my basket and were immediately taken by someone else meaning that not only did I lost the items I wanted but also didn't receive the discount. The customer services team said sorry but that's just the way it goes and provided me with a new code. I've since deleted the app and unsubscribed as the whole process of ordering through this retailer is exhausting particularly if they cannot send you the correct items. Will not use again.

I have ordered sunglasses for 250 euros, they have been stolen because zalando did not send them via post with signature !!! when I called and sent email they simply answered that they don't deliver with signatures and if it enter in the letter box this is it !! they did not care at all!!! not even a little gesture! my insurance do not want to refund me because it should be delivered against signature, but how can I do a delivery against siganture when Zalando do not offer this option !?!? I really do not recommend this website!!! run !!!

Service is great. Ok some orders take a long time to turn up but that's what you expect from this type of site (use the main site if that's a problem). Orders and returns are hassle free. Tracking seems to work great. I've had no issues with returns.
Why not 5*?
The sales start an hour later in the UK than they do in the rest of Europe, so by the time they start in the UK, all the good stuff has gone.

nice to speak to on telephone but its to placate you had to request returns label TWICEwaiting for refund much too long. out of pocket since early feb. puts you off ordering anything again.
Very Disappointing outcome
While there are good deals to be had, you need to plan ahead to be up and ready by 7am to be in with a chance of getting that 'deal'. So it will come as a major disappointment, as it did to me, when you make a successful purchase only to wait 4 weeks for delivery and then find out that the item has got lost or stolen in the post. I have been refunded but too little effort by the company to arrange a replacement, not the consumers issue if a replacement comes at an additional cost to the company. Very disappointing as I was once an advocate of this company despite the hit or miss experience of getting a deal.
