Excellent!

Don't know why I am in the minority but I have never had any problems whatsoever. Items have always been quick to arrive and I seem to be one of the lucky ones to have an excellent Hermes courier. A recent query on a return was resolved quickly by customer services and emails were answered within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend them.

SCAM! STAY AWAY. CHOICE OF THE WORST ITEMS IN THE CATEGORIES FOR THE PURCHASE AND THE BEST STUFF IS GONE AS SOON WHEN THE SALE STARTS.

I was happy to use their service in the past but today realized that half of the products when they became available on sale 13 minutes ago, half of the North Face shoes were already sold out and in the first minute the other 5 pairs was saying temporarily reserved.
What an absolute scam! these sales never happen for the best items, although you show that they have been bought or reserved in the first available minute of the actual sale, which is not possible that they have been sold or reserved. Illusion of choice and thinking that someone was faster when simply items were never available at all.

Make a difference by not buying from them, as the whole concept is just to sell outdated products.

It;s just sad when german brand let's fool people putting more choice of "bought" items when they were never reachable.

By the way, there is a pattern of certain brands when they become on sale pretty much same time every year and the prices for the same items from last year increased by 30% which is ridiculous when you have stuff in your house bought from zalando lounge last year and see the same item more expensive today. yeah, you can blame brexit, but 30% is too much of a difference.

No show!

Ordered trainers and waiting two weeks before they cancelled the order due to 'technical issues'... Might not have minded so much if I wasn't waiting on them for Christmas. Shocking way to do business!!!

How hard can it be to put the correct size in a box? Ordered 3 things for my daughter for christmas. They all came in the wrong size.........No more comments needed.....

Waste of money, poor customer service

First of all, there are no customer service phone numbers available from UK. How do they dare to show phone numbers in their e-mails and homepage that aren`t working??? And if you contact them on facebook and ask for a valid and working phone number, they ignore you and never reply to you.
Secondly, strangely the items you return disappear by the time they arrive to the warehouse, and they give you a partial refund: they don`t find 6 t-shirts at this moment (65 GBP) and also a charm which cost me 35 GBP - I will say that they steal these from the warehouse when they get the returns, but if these are stolen by Hermes before they are returned, it is visible if a box is opened and then Zalando warehouse should not accept the returns and claim it towards Hermes. So honestly, where else could those items disappear???
This is disgusting, as someone else wrote: Zalando Lounge should be shut down. They are using your money, they have no proper customer service, etc. This is a burglary.

items did not arrive due to poor courier

have bought two items from Zalando. the first arrived when i was in the house so they were delivered without issue and i am very happy with them.

the second set of items were attempted delivery 3 times during the week, when the vast majority of us are at work, and then sent back to sender. when contacting Zalando i was told the items had been sent back to the supplier and they could not be resent. have been told i am to get my money back but these were meant to be christmas presents!

the Courier, Hermes here in the UK, is hopeless. not even a message through the door to say they had attempted delivery, no way for me to pick the items up from their depot, the kind of service all other couriers provide.

although my gripe is mostly with courier, Zalandos customer services could have been more helpful and their business model of sending the item back to the supplier if it could not be delivered is frustrating and backward.

Rubbish

Zalando do have a good range of products that are quite cheap. However, their delivery is appalling. I ordered on Black Friday and it's been over a week and I still haven't received the package. I called customer service and they said they've been having trouble because of too many orders from black friday. But, I ordered from ASOS on black friday and their package came the following day! And they probably receive much more orders than Zalando.

Total waste of time and money

Its total waste shopping site. I made an order for fast delivery paying all that amount of packaging and posting and as usual the delivery is not on time. In fact, the delivery was not even processed until deadline. If you write to customer service, they do not read your message properly and just send unjustified reasons. I am supposed to leave the country and still not delivered and not any response from customer service.... My money is gone and as i guess the item i will never get until i am here in Finland.

Not able to deliver...holding money for a month. Will never use again

Bought a pair o shoes that was returned to supplier due to a misstake of the transporter insted of deliver them to me.
Zalando-Lounge.com didn't do anything to try to solve the problem just told me that due to leagal problems (BS) the package couldn't be resent.
I you order from Zalando expect a 50/50 chance of get your goods deliverd and if not delivered expect NO servcie, also expect Zalando to hold you money as long as they possibly can.

Customer service not able to help customers and poor courier choice

I made my first order with Zalando Lounge the other week and I'm afraid it will be my last.

First, it took quite a while from my order was made before the item was sent, but I can live with that and, given the price of the product I was buying, even understandable.

However, they use Hermes as their courier service in the U.K.; a company that has a less than favourable reputation - and for a reason.

It's impossible to contact Hermes to arrange time slots or delivery on specific days; redelivery to a collection point or give instructions to leave parcel with neighbour or at safe place. Basically, you better just be at home when they come knocking.

Yes, of course, I could just be at home at midday during the week when ordering goods online, but as it happens, I work and that is therefore not possible (hence my attempt to communicate different options with Hermes... and no, it could not be sent to my work place). Notably, when shopping elsewhere delivery is rarely an issue, because I'm able to communicate with the company in charge of the delivery.

When I phoned Zalando Lounge customer service I was told that there was nothing they could do and the goods would be sent back to the supplier. More than anything, what I find frustrating with this situation is the lack of help and service provided.

They goods might be excellently priced, but customer service and courier are discount through and through. Will shop elsewhere for better service from now on.

Will not recommend.

The genuine article?

I've ordered a few times from ZL and have been generally disappointed with the goods received. However the last campaign I bought from will be my last. I placed a large order all from one brand but the items I received were shoddily made and definitely not up to the brand's usual standard.
The carded tags/labels were blurry and the colours were slightly off. Other details on the items themselves (zips, handles etc) were not right. Stitching was very poor, the fabrics felt thinner. Maybe they were seconds but as this is a brand that prides itself on its quality, I highly doubt it.
As an aside, I bought (& returned) ugg boots from the main zalando site. They arrived without labels, care card, branded packaging and box etc. I messaged customer service and asked if they were really uggs because all the things you'd expect a brand new pair if uggs to arrive with was missing. I received a curt response informing me zalando do not sell fakes.

No item no refund, extremely long delivery

First time it took 2 months to get the item. Second time on the day it must be delivered (after 2 months waiting) they decided that item damaged and send it back from midway to me. Now I am waiting 2 months for a refund but still silence. After few requests about refund the answer is that item must be returned first despite the fact that it never been delivered to me. Extremely disappointed with such a long delivery time for big delivery price and other services. I will never buy anything from them again and advise others to do the same.

The best so far

I had my order on time and in a nice box very good quality products and good brands with cheaper price , I ordered Under Armour trainees and bag at least £20 less than even outlet price ! exactly what I wanted , the colours and size I won't return any of my items I love them all ! I'm waiting for more products which I ordered to arrive and I'm so excited ! very good bargain indeed ! I was a costumer for Zalando itself more than 3 years now and never let me down ! with 10% student discount which I get always make me happy to do shopping in this site .

Always satisfied!

I've ordered from zalando lounge at least twenty times and never had any problems. Some of the deals on the site are better than others, so you just have to come back often. Package has always arrived during the promised window, which might be over a month from the date of order, though. Returns have worked great and also if you return all the items you also get your shipping cost back!

Love them!

Bought quite a few things from them - and Zalando, and have never had a problem. Also, i returned a few items which were refunded promptly. I even phoned them to make an enquiry about a discount code i redeemed which had been lost due to returning an item and they gave me a 15% discount code as a courtesy! Would have no problem recommending both them and Zalando.

I like Zalando-lounge.com, especially when compared with Campadre.se

At Zalandp-lounge.com you get what you've ordered and quite fast also. If you'll have to make a return even that is smoothly handled. Overall also in general lower prices at Zalando-lounge than at at Campadre. The only thing that I might have to complain about is that they use quite thin cardboard boxes that quite often gets smashed by Postnord during their delivery service. But still, none of the goods has been destroyed yet even if the box has...

First Time Order

Was worried at first about this company after seeing other reviews on this site, received my first order in good time. Would recommend to anyone else, be careful with promotions not listed as "Shortened Delivery" as this may take longer.

The delivery company (Hermes) had let me down trying to complete the delivery to a business address over the weekend but otherwise all round good first experience.
