WRONG SIZ RECEIVED FOR THE THIRD TIME. ECCO. BOOTS

Every time there is an ECCO SHOE offer I have the same problem.

I order a 7.5. Which is a 41

They send me a size 40. Which is too small as its a 7!!!!!

I am beyond furious with this company. Can the people in the warehouse not read!!!
Surely if I have this complaint every one else who ordered a 7.5 have also received the wrong size.

You talk to an adviser on the phone who says just send them back No help at all.

I DONT WANT TO KEEP RETURNING THESE SHOES? I WANT THE SIZE YOU ARE ADVERTISING?

I asked to speak to someone further up the chain and am told every time. There is no one else to talk to.

There is no provision when ordering to add a note asking for the correct size this time.

I DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO KEEP SENDING GOODS BACK TO THIS COMPANY

No silly, our suits only come with trousers, not jackets!

If you had asked me what I thought about Zalando Lounge three weeks ago, I would have recommended them but after my last purchase, I have changed my mind considerably. It started on March 2, when I went to the Esprit Promotion and saw that they had the Manhattan Slim Fit Suit as part of the promotion. The suit looked very nice and the pictures and description confirmed that this was a suit for both my husband and son. The price was EUR 52. I had problems figuring out the right sizes so I made my way to Google and found the same suit with the same pictures and description on the regular Zalando UK site for £54 (EUR 69). I was also able to find a better size description and went back to purchase the suits at Zalando Lounge along with a white shirt.
On the 9 of March I received two pairs of pants and the white shirt. No jackets. Figuring that they made a mistake during packing, I immediately contacted Zalando and described the error. They told me they'd get back to me.
By the 11th I still hadn't heard anything, so I contacted them again at which point they told me that they still didn't know anything and that "If you are not happy with your suits (!), please feel free to return them within 14 days after the delivery". I wrote back on the same day that I was indeed very happy with the pants and didn't want to return them but would like them to complete the order and added "It is my hope that you will be able to sort this out on your end and complete the sale as agreed. Is that something we can expect or is no one working on this on your end? In other words, are we waiting and hoping for something that will never happen. If so, we'd like to know that too."
Zalando wrote back "We have forwarded your question to the corresponding department to check this mistake (if it is actually a mistake) but unfortunately they still have not provided us with the requested information. So now apparently they weren't sure that it was a mistake to send only the pants to a "Manhattan Slim Fit Suit" with pictures and all. I can't remember the last time I bought a suit but only got the pants with it.
By the 17th I still hadn't heard back, and contacted them for the third time. (We needed the suits for an upcoming event). I once again stated that I could not understand "... why it has to take this long to correct your mistake; moreover we are puzzled about your need to investigate "if it is actually a mistake" as you wrote, considering the fact that you failed to send the jackets for a " MANCHESTER SLIM FIT - Suit - dark blue" with pictures and descriptions of pants AND jackets.
Zalando Lounge's reply was "Unfortunately our description was wrong since we were only selling the trousers. You can return your articles if you want". So there, after many emails - that was my recourse, to return the pants. I just wanted them to hold up their end of the sales agreement and send me the jackets. Not intending to sell the jackets as part of a suit is like selling a pair of shoes but only shipping the left one.
It's amazing to me that they will treat their (repeat) customers like this when clearly the mistake is theirs and they have the opportunity to correct it. Don't they know that it will lead to super poor advertising and certainly I'll think twice before shopping there again (even though they sent me a coupon with 10% discount when I expressed my dismay. As if I am open to to shopping there anytime soon ;-).
So to sum up. If you can live with the fact that sometimes you get what you order, Zalando Lounge is okay. If your blood pressure has a hard time with careless and indifferent treatment, find somewhere else to shop.

Zalando lounge must be the worst mail order company out there.

I have made at least a dozen attempts to purchase items from Zalando Lounge only to wait an average of a couple of weeks only to then receive a curt email informing of the cancellation of each of my orders. On enquiry they always say that this is very unusual and in my numerous cases, quite exceptional but I'm not sure as there seem to be many complaints on forums about this. Their sales are very appealing but it is hugely frustrating to go through the whole buying process and start to look forward to delivery of your purchases only to then have the whole thing cancelled at a later stage with no explanation. They take your money immediately and then hold onto it until they cancel due to what they call logistical problems. I give up with this whole fiasco as it's simply been a waste of my time. I will stick with brandalley who are much more efficient and quick at delivery.

Zalando Loungs Should be Shut Down

I discovered Zalando Lounge approximately six months ago and have placed five orders with them. In December I placed an order and they sent me a completely different item than what I ordered. This was frustrating given that it was a Christmas present however, I returned the item by dropping it off at one of their 'Hermes Delivery return' shops. Six weeks later and I am still waiting for a refund. Zalando Lounge are stating that they have no record of the return. Extremely strange given that I have tracked the return via Hermes and it was returned to them. I have subsequently had to raise a dispute through Paypal. If I can prevent even one person experiencing the worst customer service that I have received; then spending the time to write this review will have been well worth the time and effort given that I should be working on a 15.000 word dissertation for my MSc.

Terrible customer service

They take months to deliver, and then give a tiny window to return, making it very difficult to even find the return slip, then they don't reply to customer service emails. In stark contrast to Zalando regular (who has a 100-day return policy and collects your returns for you), these guys are so not worth it AT ALL.

Would give zero stars

Zalando Lounge looks good - until you come to receive your order that is. I have placed orders twice and the money has been taken immediately, product shows in progress yet when it comes to delivery nothing happens! Then mysteriously 2 days later, I'll get an email from PayPal - (nothing from Zalando Lounge explaining what's going on) to say I've been given a refund. Trying to get hold of anyone at Zalando Lounge is next to impossible, so gave up trying. They appear to be happy to sell you something with little customer care attached. Will not be ordering as they only seem to want to hold your money with no intention of delivering the goods. Sounds too good to be true?? With Zalando Lounge it definitely is!

Terrible customer service and delivery

Do not confuse Zalando Lounge with Zalando. They are completely different. Zalando Lounge are run on a shoestring with rude, unhelpful staff using the worse delivery company known to man (Hermes).
I have paid for an item one month ago and still have not received it. Apparently the delivery company does not know where I live, even though they have the address. Zalando Lounge staff do not seem bothered and have indicated that Hermes is really poor and this is par for the course. Every time you email them, you receive an automated response asking you to rate their customer service (to which they never respond), so you have to call them and they don't seem to bothered.

The deals may look cheap, but if you want to guarantee you are going to get it, then shop elsewhere. It is not worth it. Save your time and your money. I have no idea what is going to happen with my order and it is a lot of money.

Finally, MyHermes is a waste of time. It is impossible for a customer to contact them, they only speak to the company posting it and Zalando don't seem to be in a hurry.

Terrible costumer service!

Never use this company as they don't care about their costumers, their staff is rude, do not want to help, if you call them they are even worst on the phone. Watch out for Francesca she's very mean, rude, and will make sure she will put on the blame on you. Doesn't even know what it says on the company web page and she works there! Francesca has no idea about what costumer service is. She should be fired or this company will never grow. The whole experience was horrible and she only focuses on the problems and not on the solutions. I placed an order the 25th of august and I still haven't gotten it. It's the 2nd of september. The only staff member who was helpful was Aurore, she should teach the rest of the staff what costumer service is as her collegiate F just lost them a client. I have ever been treated this poorly by any company. Terrible, just terrible!

Really really bad customer service

On May 18 the Royal Danish Mail lost a package from Zalando Lounge. The Royal Danish Mail asked me to contact Zalando Lounge since they had to file a complaint, not me.
I did as adviced and has since heard nothing. I have called them and they told med they were working on it and needed some paperwork done in order to give me a refund of EUR 93.
This is quite an amount for me and I am very disappointed that I have not yet received any information or refund. It has been over a month and from my point of view a ridiciously long time to wait for some money that rightfully belongs to me since I never received the package.

I can't really see myself ever buying anything from Zalando Lounge again despite their good offers.

Bad bad customer service.

I ordered a pair of very expensive cycling shoes in May....discovered 2 days later that they had drawn the amount on my creditcard...! This is illegal...both the eu and Danish law states that a company is not allowed to claim the money before the item is shipped.
Furthermore I'm not able to get a respond from their customer service. Next step is to bring in the Danish law, my attorney and I will report to the Danish e commerce crime unit!
Don't bother to do business with Zalando...

Transactions cancelled after ~2 months of waiting

I was dealing with Zalando-lounge on two occasions and experience the same poor quality of the service: I was waiting for an item for over 2 months after which I learned that either they don't know what happened and the item will not be delivered or they cancelled the transaction without sending any notice (except the email I got 3 days before the cancellation that the delivery is delayed and the item will be with me within 14 days). The explanation is always the same: 1) we're german company and we don't know how it works in the uk 2) it's not our fault, it's the problem with our suppliers and we're not responsible for them 3) it must be a bad luck.

I'm not sure if I'm the only one experience this pattern but it makes me wondering of their business is legitimate - in case there are more people like me, zalando-lounge can collect fairly big pool of money without delivering a thing. I will follow up with trading standards company to investigate whether their practices are not violating eu or uk competition law.

Nothing in stock

Avoid. After taking your order and payment, they will contact you to tell you that items have been cancelled due to having no stock. I have tried to order 11 items from them, and so far only 2 have not been cancelled. I have used the "normal" Zalando website in the past, but will no longer give this company any further business.
