took my money

took my money, waited 3 months for order, kept emailing. finally got told dont have the product and to use my money as store credit. avoid this company!

Detail for discerning collectors

Useful photo images of the item.
High quality offering in line with other Zavvi listings.
When trying to load the individual images, the page would often point to a Facebook location, and backing out would make my mobile browser crash.
Much deeper technical detail of the movie specifications (Dolby Vision, audio codecs, bit rate, etc) would be very useful as physical media collectors buy for fidelity.
First attempt at payment with PayPal timed out at the authentication screen.

Informing customers of major changes

I pre-ordered my item a month ago and was curious about when payment was due, so I contacted CS. Only to find that the pre-ordering process has completely changed. I find that the fact no one reached out to inform me of these changes could have led to me missing out on the item I ordered. I understand putting in steps to stop scalping but don't overlook your real customers in the process.

For Anyone Wanting Blurays Sourced From UK and Europe

I have been shopping with ZAVVI now for a number of years to purchase 4k and standard blurays, as they sell a lot of things that cannot be sourced from Australia, are out of print, or simply when it comes to Disney titles, not available at all. My experiences with ZAVVI have always been positive and the items arrive in perfect order as you would expect. On the extremely rare occasion if something has not arrived or is damaged in transit or is defective from the manufacturer, I have always had positive outcomes. I have never been dissatisfied. I will be continuing to shop with confidence at ZAVVI, well into the future.

I gave a poor rating as I didn't receive all of my items I purchased, & no phone number or email to contact a person directly to resolve the issue just dealing with AI,
I won't be using Zavvi again due to these problems

This website is a trick!!

This website is a trick!!!
It shows as a australian website but it is not. Its based in UK and therefore shipping is from UK and I only knew when i got the email.

I also emailed this ASAP and asked that if shipping comes from UK please cancel my order and i have not heard anything!!!

I ordered this product on 9th December…

I ordered this product on 9th December and it still hasn’t not arrived. Apparently you are out of stock and do t know when you’ll get more in. I’ve emailed but you do t even respond.
