i’ve used ZAVVI australia for my british blu rays and 4k’s for a few years .
They package better than amazon UK and the prices are competitive . Many titles from Amazon UK are forbidden to be sent to australia , noxious c^^ s that they are so i’ve given up on amazon UK

I ordered two items and one of the items I ordered was NOT the item delivered.
One item I ordered was a T-shirt "ALIEN CLOSE UP UNISEX T-SHIRT - BLACK"
The item delivered was a "STRANGER THINGS - VECNA" T-Shirt.
The problem is that the shirt I received does in fact have "ALIEN CLOSE UP UNISEX T-SHIRT - BLACK" sticker on the tag, so this item was labeled incorrectly.

I placed an order on 7th December 2025 which on the site stated 3 to 5 days express shipping.
I also thought I was ordering from an Australian site (zavvi.com.au) only to realize later it was shipped from the UK.
On 10th December when I realized it wasn't going to arrive in time I emailed and cancelled.
I received an acknowledgement of my cancellation from Lisa on 12th December 2025 and stating if money had been taken from my credit card it would be refunded in 3 to 5 working days.
I followed up with an email on 4th January 2026 requesting my refund - NO REPLY.
I followed up again with an email on 10th January 2026 requesting my refund - NO REPLY.
On 14th January 2026 I received an email stating my product had been shipped by Royal Mail - I DON'T WANT IT.
Oh, and guess what it has now arrived, and I will not be returning at my expense.
I did receive the generic email from Zavvi on Trustpilot stating they could not find my account.
I do have 2x different email addresses and I may have linked to the incorrect email address but then apparently, I have cancelled one on my accounts on Trustpilot so let's try again.
Fingers crossed.

Poor customer service, very slow responses. Placed an order on 3rd Dec and waiting on it and when asking about refund they’ve said can’t refund as the item is processed order. Very disappointing service overall and won’t recommend this company to anyone.

Your promotion codes don't work and I am suspicious of your advising "Region Free" for this Blu-Ray set. I may be wrong - but you are the only vendor selling this set Region Free. All the others are locked to Region A.

I placed my order 3rd of January, I sent them a message asking for an update on 13th of January and still got no response. Just asking for a time frame cause the person I’m giving the shirt to will soon be gone. I guess they really are terrible on service.

Good search capabilities so it’s easy to find 4k titles and different online payment methods that enhance the speed of ordering. Titles can be found that are not available in other competitive stores.
Got my orders today. Despite WA not SA entered on the tracking address.
From UK to South Australia about 2 weeks.All in fantastic condition.
Couldn’t be happier.

Ordered an item on the 4th of January I’ve still not received it! After attempting to contact them it said 24-48 hours to reply… it’s since been 72+ hours and still heard nothing back, all I have is “processing” which I have had since the 4th of January. On your website it says. ” Orders placed after 3:00pm on a Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), will be processed and dispatched on the next working day (typically Monday).” So why is my order still “processing”
