The app is so great and well organised. It ensures clear and effective communication between supply staff and schools which is hugely beneficial for both parties! I’ve had a great experience so far.

The worst experience. 100% completed boarding. It's been 4 months. My file has not been checked by a consultant. Phoned, no answer. Emailed no reply. A waste of time registering.

This is a great company, very reliable. The app works well, so I am very satisfied working in my own pace.

I am leaving this review to give honest and constructive feedback based on my experience working with this agency for over a year.

During this time, I have consistently experienced poor and inconsistent communication. My stated preferences regarding location and availability have frequently been overlooked, resulting in unsuitable job alerts, while local opportunities have not been communicated clearly or reliably.

There has also been a noticeable lack of staff support. Calls often feel rushed, return calls are not prioritised, and concerns are not followed up in a way that makes staff feel valued or properly supported.

I understand agencies operate under pressure, however clearer communication, respect for worker preferences, and a more professional level of staff care would significantly improve the experience.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to meaningful improvement.

Zen (especially Molly & Ben in Truro) have been great at finding the right sort of work for me recently.

Rachael was very helpful in finding me a placement that is right for me and she communicates all changes effectively.

The onboarding process is smooth and straightforward. Clearly communicating your requirements helps you get placed in the role you’re aiming for.

Great school lovely staff and students, lessons and 1:1 cover of each child was very well planned out.

If you are thinking about choosing a new supply agency to support more flexible working opportunities - look no further! Very friendly team - able to accommodate your teaching preference like specific year groups or areas/schools you want to be considered for. There are lots of daily supply opportunities and also FT/PT longer term roles offered (if that's your bag!) I have been very happy with all my roles so far and I know I will always be well supported by the wonderful Zen team.

I appreciate the great work of this agency. I am happy that they give us work when wr tell them about our availability.

I had an interview scheduled but I needed to fill out a job application first and in order to do that I had to agree to all the policies and the handbook. The handbook says that for a year after leaving an assignment I can't have any contact with any of the other staff. That told me that I'm not allowed to date or even make friends with other staff while I'm there because once I leave the assignment I I can't see them again. How awful!

It has been great working for Zen Educate. They are very professional, organized, and payments are always made on the agreed date. I highly recommend them.

Staff were very friendly and I felt part of the team. Enjoyed working with them and the kids.
