Unfortunately, my experience with Zenith has been very disappointing. The quote I was given clearly stated it would remain valid until 09/09, yet when I attempted to apply on 05/09, the price had already increased. I was later told that Zenith can change or withdraw quotes at any time, which makes the “expiry date” completely misleading.
To make matters worse, my application was then rejected by my company—not because of anything I had done, but because they suddenly changed the salary threshold required to qualify. No communication was given, no form details were updated, and when I checked my figures, my current salary still meets the criteria. Zenith should be proactive in keeping this information accurate and up to date.
As a result, I’ve gone from the prospect of having a full EV car for work (with my company being a conservation charity, this was particularly meaningful) to having to dip into my savings to buy a diesel vehicle instead as this is what is affordable to me by paying a lump sum upfront. It feels counterproductive and unfair—especially as it places unnecessary barriers on people with lower incomes who are simply trying to make more environmentally responsible choices.

I booked my car for service and I was kept informed throughout. When I dropped off my car to the Garage, Monica was welcoming, friendly and made sure that I have everything sorted before dropping off my car keys at the garage. I was informed that Thanbir Uddin (T) was going to be looking after my car during the service. I left the garage feeling happy knowing who do I need to speak with regarding the service. I was a bit late picking up the car due to service, when I got to the garage I was attended to promptly and I was advised that someone will be with me shortly and again Monica attended to me to make sure that I am being helped. Thanbir (T) came and walked me to my car and told me what was done to the car during the service. I was very pleased with the whole service and process.

Ordering was relatively easy, although the detail on the website is slightly lacking so you're unable to rely wholly on it.
I placed my order a week ago and apart from the initial acknowledgement email, have heard nothing. The website shows no progress and I've not had a response to my email query.
So a week in and I have no idea what is happening, what the timescales are, if there's a delay etc. I have a car I need to sell, but due to the uncertainty will now have to consider servicing again and extending my insurance policy.
I would recommend Zenith for ease, but proceed with caution.

Portal does not display orders consistently (they disappear randomly and the only way you know things are happening are random emails).
Lack of timely communication.
Overall product is fine, but finding all the back office side frustratingly slow.
