Terrible customer service once you have…

Terrible customer service once you have the vehicle.
I had a flat tyre and am working at home, the vehicle doesnt have a spare. They advise 3 days for a mobile unit, other option AA to come recover the car and take it. Reported last night 30th October, still sat here at 2.23 nobody arrived and being told the AA might not even get here but nothing more they can do.Zenith customer services are absolute garbage. This isnt the first time I have had poor service, its just ridiculous they have absolutely no idea. No urgency in anything.
I know other lease companies who have someone out for a tyre change within 4 hours, not zenith
How are you supposed to do anything its a joke

I liked how easy it was

I liked how easy it was, went for a stock car so hopefully it will be arriving soon enough. Limited on colours of vehicles though.

The portal was easy to access

The portal was easy to access, two issues one is that the it's not very clear on where to navigate to change the tax band. Upon calling to advisor they helped to sort it quickly and the other is not giving the options on different licences that are available in UK. Just giving only full UK.

Regarding the licenses, it may be that only full UK is eligible for you to place an order on the scheme, but were your customer service advisors able to assist with this and confirm? I am sure they will be happy to discuss and look for an answer if the question remains, and if you should be able to select an alternative license type - looking to help you input this detail. Please avoid, if not be forewarned and prepared

Barely average service throughout the 3 year salary sacrifice contract.
End of term I ensured the car was pristine and the collection driver confirmed it.
However £540 charge for damage , took a while but cancelled after I sent them video evidence of its condition at the point of collection.
2 months later they are charging me for excess mileage even though these miles were added by the collection driver. Who picked it up with 14 miles less than the contracted limit. Again complained to which they replied I am responsible for the mileage incurred during collection, say taking the car to auction.
I’m not the only one others in our business have had issues. We are currently trying to share our experiences internally so others realise how poor the service from Zenith is. I really hope alternate providers are better it’s such an efficient way to have a car.

The system is easy to use

The system is easy to use, no fuss and delivers more often than not. My current vehicle has been excellent and cannot fault the way its been covered over the past three years, good service and readily available customer support when required.

Lowest quality

Zenith is far away from being a proper lease company. Low quality service, delayed responses, most important ignoring customers' mental and physical safety. I made a big mistake ordered the car, since I received the car dealing with multiple problem and lost huge amount of time and money. Do not recommend at all!!!!!

good selection, awful website

Good selection of cars, but the website is absolutely awful. Pictures and colours cannot be selected, no visual presentation of the car. I ordered a car and not even sure what I will receive as the given colour on the website is not even available according to the manufacturers website. For example electric cars has petrol versions photo and the car looks totally different. Every detail has to be manually researched like what is included in the order, what extras etc. No option to change TAX band. I selected a tax band at the beginning just to check what it would be if my salary goes up or down and not possible to change it. So manually need to calculate the net price.

I understand that the vehicle images do not update along with your selections. This is something we are aware of, and we do understand that the website would be improved with this feature. At present, our website advises that the images are for illustrative purposes only and the exact specification may differ to that of these images. I advise using the manufacturer's configurator alongside, to see the changes as you select them and gain a further understanding of the spec. I am pleased to hear that you have done so, but I am sorry this still creates further concerns and queries.

However, you have mentioned that you believe the colour may differ as the selected colour on your Zenith order is not available on the manufacturer website. We are more than happy to look into this for you, to fully understand what is on order and confirm this with you. The dealership should also conduct a specification check, where they will be able to confirm what has been ordered.

In regard to the unchangeable tax bracket selection, we can also happily look into changing this for you. Your dedicated customer service team can look into these points if you could drop them an email or give them a call - the contact details should be available through your portal, possibly within the documents tab and in your policy. However, I am more than happy for you to email us on complaints@zenith.co.uk and we can loop in with them to seek these answers for you.

Worst Company ever

Worst Company ever, dont go with them. I have spent thousands of pounds on Salary sacrifice cars with them their service is shocking and when you go to give the car back after paying thousands for your lease, they want to charge you hundreds to collect the car. Its an absolute joke. Never again would i trust this shocking company 1.40 plus VAT per mile min 100 miles for them to come and collect. Disgusting
