Easy to process and search. Marked down purely as the cost seems really attractive at face value then you notice its gross. Overall good experience though.

Lack of trust in the Zenith Team
My concern is not about the Zenith tool interface but the fact that the Zenith team didn't recognised I will need to renew my car in June and therefore has not sent me any reminders or information regarding the renewal. Even after I prompted your team, I still haven't received anything!

Shocking experience
Shocking experience. Your not covered by normal trading standards through a work scheme, so they use this to give absolutely horrendous customer service, a car which breaks down repeatedly and absolutely no support.
A brand new car received from them has had 5 faults in the first year and they refuse to take it back (including not getting off the truck at the very start)
On 4 seperate occasions of having the car this year, they said the garage was ready to receive it and it wasnt.
Trying to replace 2 tyres, has taken an entire sunday to try and organise, still without success.
Would highly recommend avoiding dealing with them at all costs.

A nice and easy process, there was no need to call customer service for anything at all, I was comfortable in completing the process, and would highly recommend to anybody.

Website needs work a bit
Website didn't work so had to call up which was frustrating but otherwise the person I spoke to was helpful and friendly. Could do with an update though as it's been a week since I submitted the order.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. Would not recommend. Left without car (which is a company car through Zenith) for 18 days to carry out minor fix to wheel and tyre.
Tried at multiple points to ask for help, but dismissed by completely inadequate customer service. Ignored details repeatedly and took no accountability to help. Attempted to escalate complaint, which was ignored.
Left without a car for over 2 weeks, despite being eligible for a courtesy car.
Very poor service all round.
