Very poor customer service once car has been delivered.
I’m coming to the end of a 3 year lease where I’ve had technical issues with the car. Zenith were powerless to escalate and deal with the problem, despite stringing me along that they would.
Internal communication is appalling - you could speak to one member of the team to arrange something, and they’ll either not do it or not get back to you.
They don’t like negative feedback either and expect customers tolerate their incompetence.
They’re a very disorganised company who don’t value clients once they’re under contract.
Glad I will no long have to deal with them.

My existing car lease was extended without my consent. I had already ordered a replacement vehicle four months earlier, only to later discover the company had never actually placed the order with the manufacturer and the car was suddenly “unavailable.” When I chose an alternative vehicle, I was then told the price had increased from the original quoted amount.
Attempts to resolve this were met with dismissive responses and no real accountability or solution, just blamed on the manufacturer. The lack of organisation, transparency, and customer care throughout this process has been unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and get everything confirmed in writing before proceeding.
