Couple of things for improviement:

1) When you filter and click into a car, enusre the filter is still on when you click 'back'. There some occasions the filter was removed.
2) Have vehicle information/spec immediately available when clicking onto a car.

Interface needs work.

The interface for selecting and comparing cars is clunky and difficult to get all the information with the way the screens pop up rather than being all there for you to see.

Very simple selection process

The new website makes everything much easier to understand in terms of impact to take-home salary and is generally much easier to navigate - all the information needed is easily accessible - and selecting the car itself and choosing options was very straight-forward.

It took a rally long time to place the…

It took a rally long time to place the order as your system was offline for a very long time in November and December. I had to wait until Mace's transition deadline as well to place the order which probably contributed to this.

Very poor at responding

Very poor at responding back to new sales / lease queries and in fact queries on existing leases. The ordering process is simple online albeit i you need to ask questions or things dont match with manufacturer information then things get hard because Zenith are really poor at communicating.
