The frame on the glasses just fell apart and the warranty is only 30 days so I think they are very cheaply constructed and although they said they were very light in the description, they were heavy

Sunglass clip dimensions off
Glasses are fine. I ordered sunglass clips and their dimensions are off & look lopsided when attached to the glasses. Unfortunate.

I've used Zenni several times
I've used Zenni several times. The eyeglasses are great if you don't want to spend a lot of money, my eyes change often so it is really worth it. The one complaint I have is they shipped with USPS and even though they give you a delivery date it's usually three or four days later, which is very frustrating. I have been waiting for two pair and for the past three days it says delivery today, but the Postal Service has their own time schedule. They need to start using a different carrier for delivery.

We had to return a pair of glasses (prescription issue not glasses/manufacturing issue) and the customer service rep that I worked with on chat took the time to go through all the different checks to see what could be done to make them work for my son. The return process was very easy and worked well for us.
