Never again. This was my third or fourth pair of classes purchased. All previous sales were just fine. After just seven weeks with the most recent pair, the lens fell out somewhere while working in the yard and was lost. Yes I know they aren't warrantied but I contacted a Zenni rrp and offered to pay shipping and for the replacement lens. (I had purchased a higher quality pair). NOPE - can't do it. Rep sfnt me a 10% off coupon via Email which I, obviously, will not be using. Will be looking for a new online provider for all future purchases. Company in quality and service used to be good but not any longer.

I’ve been purchasing from Zenni Optical for a few years now, and I currently have six pairs from them, both eyeglasses and sunglasses. Overall, they’ve been fantastic to work with. Their delivery times are very fast, and I’ve never had any issues with quality or service.
Recently, I did receive a pair with a minor defect, but as soon as I reached out to them and uploaded a few pictures, their customer service responded very quickly and made it right by sending me a replacement pair right away.
Their glasses have always been very affordable, and the quality has been consistently great since I started purchasing from them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great and affordable glasses.
