Awful company, have since heard what a bad reputation it has within the industry. They tie you into fake contracts and scare you into staying with them by charging fake fees. Amounting to 5K in... See more

Be wary!
Be wary, Zerographic are not customer-focused and follow "sharp" business practices. Their service contract ties you in for 5 years whilst the lease contract Zerographic organise ensures you pay for the full cost of the equipment over 3 years. You are then left with a dilemma - do you carry on paying the lease cost for another 2 years on something you have already paid for or do you pay a settlement fee (in our case over £1,000) to release you from your service agreement?
We found the sales/account manager to be very aggressive. We found the credit control/legal department to be not only aggressive but inflexible and unwilling to discuss the situation. Further more, payments were taken from our bank account which were not authorised; after 2 months of trying to escalate our issue to senior account managers and even customer services (who although were very pleasant had no success in getting anyone in the organisation to communicate with us) we had no choice but to use the Direct Debit Indemnity Scheme to recover the funds taken without authorisation. Only after we sent a carefully worded letter explaining the reasons why we considered two separate charges amounting to £1,550 should not apply did we finally receive a response from the manager of the credit control/legal department agreeing to settle our account if we paid the settlement charge due.
If you do enter into an agreement with Zerographic I would advise you ensure you enter into contracts which, in terms of length of contract, are coterminous.

Zero communication
Zero communication, lack of effort and customer service.
We constantly get fobbed off to Xerox to help with any machine or set up issues.
We were supposed to have a copier with all the bells and whistles but it is constantly breaking, engineers don't want to come out and when they do they sometimes don't even fix the problem, the machine wasn't set up correctly because it's supposed to notify Xerox of when the toner is low and automatically prompt toner to go out but it doesn't, even when we have reminded them that it doesn't.
The machines sold aren't great compared to our old Kyocera ones and this company just seems like a bunch of sales people trying to make targets and then disappearing off the face of the planet.
There were a lot of things we were told we could do and then they weren't set up for us, we weren't told how to set them up ourselves and they took the manual away with them with the copiers were delivered :s
I absolutely can't wait to get out of this contract, get those Xerox machines out of our offices and go back to our old suppliers with whom we had no issues at all.

Good
I found Zerographic to be a good, honest local company who moved us forward from a previously shambolic contract. Having read some of the other reviews on here, I would strongly disagree with what some of them say. Anyone who fails to read their small print in their own contract only has themselves to blame when they are unhappy. Zerographic are definitely worth a shout if you are looking for a new supplier.

The printers do not order they're own toner. This makes it difficult for our staff to reorder as they are challenged when they do so as to why they ordering more. Two different people have said they will look in to this but it has never happened.
Disappointing
