Do not order if you’re actually going…
Do not order if you’re actually going to take it out of the box. Ordered a faulty figure ( the head was meant to come off and be replaceable) snapped with ease first try. What was sent back, forward a few months ordered something again for it to be rejected. In his words as he was unable to fix the faulty figure I sent back.
1* star for the fast delivery I paid for.
I do not agree with the reply below, the figure was faulty. And was in no means hacked away!
So basically if you send something back that is faulty and should be dealt with from insurance. You can’t order agin.
I am glad you found time to reply on here but not to the email I sent you.

Thanks for the review, Yes on the 1st order, was a factory error on the figure from the manufacturer. This will happen when a product is produced in the thousands. A full refund was given and we provided return postage at no extra cost to yourself, after the customer explaining how important the figure was for her son, we offered to fix and install a new custom neck joint and send back at no extra charge. Figure that was returned was used and the neck was hacked away and a glue substance you had used on the figure was visible and the figure in general even with the fault was poor condition and unrepairable . The 1* review is because we cancelled a second order made in another name using the same address for a high in demand figure. To avoid any issues, we canceled and refunded Holly which she was using another name and same address as before (knowing future orders with us won't be fulfilled) and we sent an email explaining why and here we are with the bitter 1* review.

Worth a look.
Never ordered from these guys before but would definitely use again. Postage was super quick as well. Came well packaged and pricing was competitive.
