One of the best toy/figure sellers! TOP CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I have bought from alot of figures sites pretty much every one of the UK sellers and ZG Toys is one of the best possibly even the best! Other companies could learn alot from them including the big guys Hasbro Pulse and Amazon!
The packaging is top notch one of the most protective packagings any of my figures have come in ever! If you read the website it will tell you how well they are packed.
And secondly the customer service is really, really great. They listen to your customer notes and can send you a mint or non-mint figure if you so choose. They didn't have something I ordered (but fear not) they didn't just cancel it like most shops instead they emailed me with alternative options to swap for or a refund, fortunately they have a great variety of figures so they had others I was after and they went above and beyond with great comms and transparency! It turned out very well and I was really happy with my order.
