I am a little disappointed by the quality of the zippers.
Several broke, and one of my children cut himself on it (nothing serious).
I wrote to the customer service, at least to make them aware of the problem, but I never heard back.
My children really love the sofa though (thus the 3 stars), so I bought a new cover, hopefully it will be of better quality (I would have appreciated a little commercial gesture, but I guess this is too much to ask).

I consider that not having any news after a big quality issue is very disrespectful. I will definitely not recommand Zonky to other people.

Play sofa is extremely unpleasant to the touch and the foam is not sturdy for being stepped on by kids who want to make a sofa fort. Contacted customer services via email and chat to their website immediately to arrange return and refund, nearly a week and noone has contacted me and there is no customer services contact number.

I will be recovering my money through my bank if I dont get a response.

Product is good quality.
The product was much smaller than expected, you would need 2 to make a decent size den. Its a great idea but actually quite expensive for what you get.
Instructions/suggestions of what to make could have been included rather than something to be downloaded and printed yourself.

Amazing, hours of endless fun. as a mum of 3, two of which has some sort of “additional need” including the craving for sensory input, this is perfect. perfect for children who don’t want typical toys! good quality, easy to remove covers and wash… wish we had one sooner 😁

Received order promptly but doesn't feel like a good quality product in comparison to the possum for example. Have tried to return but have not received any response to my two emails about whether I can. No phone number available to sort it, which is extremely annoying.

Update I have now managed to send back after getting the person who ordered it to email. However. a clunky experience for her too. Strange though that they haven't ever responded to me even though I put order number in email.

Delivery was very quick. It is not easy to assemble the parts in to the designs available due to slipping. Even on grass outside. May be better on carpeted floors.

The company has amazing costumer services and the products are made to the highest standards! Amazing quality playsofas such a lovely range of colours in both in door and outdoor selection.

The best softplay sofas I have come across. We ordered the Zonky indoor play sofa for our son so he had seating space in his playroom and the fact we could get so creative with it at the same time really sold it to us! The material is great, good size and all around love the product. Our son loves his zonky sofa and forever wants to create new shapes / play space with it. Thanks so much to zonkyuk for making one little boy very happy !

Haven't recieved my order. Shipping label created about a week ago but hasn't made it to the carrier. No clear way of contacting other than email. Not happy as this is a birthday present.

From start to finish I’ve had a fab experience, prompt delivery, well packaged, great communication and a fantastic product. My son loves it, with so many options for play and chill time, what more can you want. Really happy and couldn’t recommend enough.

Bought eighteen months ago. Looked after well and washed twice due to not needing to. Zip coming away on two cushions. Terrible quality

Absolutely amazing concept! This sofa soft play has been perfect for my daughter who loves to climb. It’s so soft and stylist as well as being an outdoor one so can be used in or outside! It’s perfect! Wish we found it sooner

The service including delivery was great! For me the smell is pretty horrible. It’s made our house smell like synthetic plastic, which is really not nice. The product is ok for the price but could be better. We ordered the banana colour and the corners are faded, like it has already worn away, even though we haven’t even used it yet. The concept is really good and our kids love it, which is why I’ve given it 3* however I think there’s room for improvement in the quality department, I’m not sure this will last that long.
