I had been using Zooplus for around 4 years.
I have 2 cats and every 3 months would spend around £90 and maybe top up with a smaller order in-between.
So a relatively good customer I would say?
I placed my order earlier this year in March and the delivery arrived as usual. I opened the box and noticed my 10kg bag of kibble was split open, (not for the first time, this happens quite a lot when they pack it, the bag sticks to the tape on the box).
But I noticed this bag was moving!
They not only delivered a split bag to my home again, but they had thrown in a mouse or rat for free!
I was totally freaked out and phoned them immediately. The girl on the other end of the phone was quite blaze and told me to just throw the bag out and she would organise a new one.
All very well and good but I had to dispose of it my end. I didn't feel comfortable killing whatever it was by throwing it in the bin to suffocate, so I had to deal with that. I made more cuts in the bag before putting it in the bin to help it escape.
My compensation - 10% off my next order.
Such a generous gesture!
When that time rolled round in July I had to contact them for the discount as there was nowhere to enter it. The 10% on my order should have been £8.87 but they only gave me £6.57 so had to contact them again.
I don't actually believe there is a customer service department in this company. I think it's run by kids.
I expressed my unhappiness throughout.
And was ignored throughout.
Totally dismissive - I didn't actually receive an acknowledgement for my actual complaint. I just received standardised emails saying my complaint had been resolved.
I think 10% for a rodent delivery was very mean.
I work in restaurants and would do more for an undercooked steak!
I have now deleted the app and will be using another company going forward.
So well done Zooplus on your customer service skills - you showed me!

Placed an order on the 3/3/2022 and to date 15/03/2022 have still not received.
When I chased it up was advised it was in stock and paid for so no reason why they had not sent it. was told would still take an additional 3-4 days. our dog has a special diet so cant just buy food anywhere, had to order from an alternative company whilst I wait for the order. will never use this company again. Too slow and bad service
Excellent service. The product I ordered was delivered very quickly.
The products are high quality and there is a large and varied volume to choose from. Prices are great which makes the speciality cat food my cat needs much more affordable than buying elsewhere. The only problem I have had is in the packaging. The cat food bag in my first order had a huge cut in the middle of the bag :(
Then today I received my second order and the delivery box had been opened as well as a carton of wet food packets. The box had 2 green straps around it apparently to hold the box together :(
We have used Zooplus for a number of years. Recently we had a delivery in two boxes but delivered by different companies. GLS perfect and no problem. The second by Chronopost. They could not find our address which is clearly found on Google Maps and a number of satellite navigation devices. We requested that this part of the order be delivered by GLS. This was done. So all OK. We have made another order.

Absolute delight of online shopping! First time customer- I was really impressed by the choice of brands, product offering and very competitive pricing! Shipping was blazing fast, customer service impeccable. Truly deserving a recommendation!

Absolutely disgusting service. This is the last time I order anything with zooplus.fr. Employees are unresponsive: they don't even want to take care of the delayed parcel. My parcel is already past the stated delivery time but the only thing I here, is wait another two days. Now they suggested waiting until the end of the week.
I placed an order with zooplus.fr and immediately realized I had neglected to update my address when I moved. Instantly after placing the order I emailed them to let them know the address was incorrect. They got back to me the next day and said there was nothing they can do at all, and that I'll have to sort it out with the shipping company once the package was actually shipped.
That makes no sense at all, they have terrible customer service and were downright ignorant while trying to come to a solution.
Do yourself a favor and never order from zooplus.fr
No complaints until this delivery when one of the sacs était ouvert. Probably happened in transit, but it saved me opening it 😊 otherwise an excellent service pour mon chien et chat nourriture

Excellent value for money with the best existing quality grain-free croquettes that I could find on the internet! Moreover, they deliver very quickly and the package is always in pristine condition.
Quick delivery - but the Carlton was broken, and also the plastic box with the treats.
