I used to use Zooplus a lot, but recently ordered a few items which were apparantly dispatched on the 23rd Feb with DPD, and every time I email them or call they fob me off with the same excuse ‘it will be with you in 1-2 working days!’
I’ve been waiting nearly two weeks for my items that were needed a week ago
They used to be good, but now they have gone seriously down hill, and will no longer be ordering from them
I have today messaged them asking to chase this up, or send replacements or refund me so I can buy from a reliable company, but no reply as yet
I tried phoning but it seems there is a problem with their phone lines
No problem with Zooplus but the service from GLS diabolical. Item ordered on 8 FEB delivered 15 FEB. No updates on website until this morning. Just went outside to find the parcel thrown over the gate. This is the second time recently GLS have done this. They are useless. We have a bell, which does work, so no excuse. Please change your delivery partner.

Was a regular customer with this company , but recently everytime i buy cat litter (last four times) from this company the cat litter bag has a large slit in it when it arrives. which means i end up getting cat litter all over my carpet when i pick up the delivery box.
Customer service don't seem to care when i complain about it either. For this reason i will be going elswhere for my pet supplies in the future.
We have been using Zooplus France for about 8 years. Never had a problem with products or delivery.
GLS delivery man is always the same happy man and very courteous too.always arrives at about the same time each delivery.

I’m a member of their discount scheme but they keep forgetting to take my 5% discount of the bill it keeps happening more lately.
They sent 24 packages for an order that would have fitted in just one. I ended up with 24 boxes of 120x60x50cm each. Two small cans in each package... Eventually I was fined by the city police for not recycling the boxes (please tell me how to fit 24 boxes of more than 1 meter each into one bin). Customer service is awfully disrespectful, they threatened multiple times to end the call (and did it) and were unable to solve this problem. And part of my order was missing...
