Ive been using zooplus for over a year or more they have been fantastic on the odd occasion ive had damaged goods they replaced them with no complaint all ive asked for has been delivered within a day or two on standard delivery never had anything missing i love the reward scheme i donate some points and then the rest i choose a free toy or food last order i had enough points to get a six box of 60g dremmies thanks from me and the cats x

I ordered YUMOVE tablets for the first time and was very pleased with the service. The price was also cheaper than anywhere else and I also got 20% extra free. Great company.

I have had a great experience with Zooplus where I have been buying Royal Canin dry food for my dog and Felix pouches for my cat. The price is good and the delivery has been fast enough though not immediate. I have taken the trouble to do this review because I have had a couple of customer service issues, one delivery was not complete and another product I tried my cats just would not eat. On each occasion the customer service has been great. The missing item has been sent again without quibble and I got a credit back for the food my cat would not eat. I was more than happy with this as cats can be such fussy creatures! So they have gained my continued custom.

I ordered a large bag of Nutrina Pro-Plan and it arrived 3 days later. This is the fastest delivery of ANYTHING I have ordered online.... EVER!!

Everything was ok with order. The reschedule of the delivery not that much. Ask to deliver at one dropoff place and they left it in another.

Absolutely fantastic company. Nothing is to much for them. I'm a long time customer and have never been disappointed. Love using my rewards for little freebies

I have used Zooplus quite a number of times, normally they have been very good, but the last two times the packing has been deplorable, It always looks as though the items are thrown in. I spend a lot of money with Zooplus as I have two cats of my own and also feed 3 stray cats every day so I buy in bulk. The first time that I had to complain (with photographs) was battered and leaking tins, they did send one small tin as a replacement. The second time, again very badly packed, they left it next door as I was out at the time they called. I felt really bad as their hallway was full of cat litter that had fallen from the box, When I eventually opened it (it left a trail of cat litter from one house to the other) all the tins looked as though they were thrown in and had split the cat litter bag (a very large litter bag) it was everywhere,. I sent a complaint along with photographs and also said that the box itself wasn't sealed very well as there was only one piece of sellotape along the underside of the box, the flaps had not been joined together tight enough so the bits of litter were stuck all along the sellotape at the bottom of the box. I don't think that enough care is taking to pack the box correctly, especially when it weighs very heavy. I never received a reply at all.

Package I have ordered was wery messy, they didn't pack it well. For the price of 12 eur I have expected much more. All other is very good.

Wrote a review three days ago, been contacted by the company and they contacted the office in Sofia - TO THE SAME RESULT!!!! We just made a full circle and I got the same offer - to send me my money back. If I wanted that we were not going to place the order in the first place! We obviuosly have a bunch of geniuses working at the Sofia office of Zooplus. It was your mistake that you didn't add the telephone number to the address when you wrote that you would, that you didn't contact me that the delivery company faied to find us, for sending me an email to wait while the parcel was still in our country and not sent back to Germany, SO NOW FIND A WAY TO SEND IT TO US!!!!
