Wrote a review three days ago, been contacted by the company and they contacted the office in Sofia - TO THE SAME RESULT!!!! We just made a full circle and I got the same offer - to send me my money back. If I wanted that we were not going to place the order in the first place! We obviuosly have a bunch of geniuses working at the Sofia office of Zooplus. It was your mistake that you didn't add the telephone number to the address when you wrote that you would, that you didn't contact me that the delivery company faied to find us, for sending me an email to wait while the parcel was still in our country and not sent back to Germany, SO NOW FIND A WAY TO SEND IT TO US!!!!

Best dog products
Being using zooplus products for a number of months and cannot fault any of there products. On ordering I received my order within a couple of days as told. Would highly recommend zooplus products maybe not the cheapest but best ingredients used.

Arrived damaged but fast resolution
Recently bought some Lily's kitchen dog food from Zooplus, out of 18 tins, 3 were damaged and open. I didn't count this as the fault of the company but more the delivery company. I didn't complain i just sent an email to Zooplus with images of the damaged tins to let them know they had arrived damaged (maybe to have a word with delivery company) and i got an almost immediate response saying they had refunded me for the damaged tins. Fantasticaly quick response and resolution. Nice work

NEVER RECEIVED ORDER
Made an order - paid - bundled delivery - delivery driver telephoned 10 minutes before he wanted to deliver, no pre-warning........ not at home. Delivered to supermarket for collection, our details not on the system, not allowed to collect.
HAD TO WAIT OVER 3 WEEKS FOR REFUND
WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Great Value For Money
I have never had problems with orders from this store. They have a great selection products-quality products that one wouldn't find elsewhere. The products are very reasonably priced and they have ongoing additional offers sent by email.
